An easy to use wallet. I love the simplicity of the app. Sometimes the app is lag but its okay as long as my cryptos are in safe place. ☺️

While I creating my account i had some difficulties inputting my details, so i had to contact the support service. The suggestions given were amazing making it easy for me to complete it.
The company are customer friendly, and i think they 've got a better chance of staying up

Wallet works very well with multiple Profiles and multiple coins!
The customer support responds fast and competent.
Unfortunately many users confuse a wallet with blockchain services and if they for example loose their funds because of using maybe a wrong ETH protocol or something, they think its a fraud and make the wallet responsible and give 1-Star feedback. So my suggestion is to read the blockchain manual first.
