Ordered some products I thought suitable following surgery for breast cancer in early September. Over two months later they have arrived and what a big fat disappointment. The materials used are hideously cheap and nasty and they resemble nothing like the promotions all over social media. Going straight in the bin. Total waste of money. I’ve never seen anything so cheap and nasty. Do not recommend

If I could give no stars I would but I have to put 1. I have never received what I paid for. Absolute disgrace that they can steal from people like this in a such an economical emergency as the cost of living. I hope that the law catches up with them

Ordered in September and just received today. Quality is not like the advertised item would not recommend customer service is shocking.

Ordered in September still not here. Tracking shows sitting in Cambridge for over a month! Waste of time.

Waited ages, first sent wrong tracking number, said coming from america, then updated tracking said coming from China, researched that and said it was accepted by Evri, waited 8 days at Evri gateway, but I have a friend who works for Evri and she got it moving and the bra's arrived today and are perfect in size and quality, couldnt be happier with them.

Id wished i had checked here first and i normally do with a company i dont know. Yeah same, 3 bras 7/9 still nothing, same rubbish from customer service. I will check and see if i paid by paypal. If not im out £18 rubbish 😒

Sept 2023 (2 bra's) and still nothing (02 Nov 2023). Have sent numerous emails, that are only replied to by a generic email!! I have asked for a "person" to contact me!!...Nothing. For the last 3 weeks package has been in transit in the UK (Where I live)!!

They don't even deserve one star. They send emails taking you round in circles with "customer support" and "shipping trackers". After weeks of waiting, emailing and demanding a refund, my order actually showed up today. I ordered two bras, I can't say what they are like, I don't have the wherewithal to unwrap them and try them on, I'm over it really.I would say avoid.

Ordered 3 bras weeks ago, still not arrived 🤬keep getting emails saying they are in transit, they were supposed to be in the Uk 2 weeks ago, still nothing, what a scam this is, they need taking of social media sites immediately 🤬🤬

Absolutely dreadful company. Ordered 2 bras 5th September still waiting. Keep getting fobbed off but no action results. Do not deal.

Like everybody else, I ordered 3 bras at the beginning of September and it took nearly 2 months to finally arrive.

The quality is rubbish and useless to wear, they first offered me a £3 refund, then said give it to someone else. Then they said they couldn't give me a refund as there is nothing wrong with their items, even though I told them it doesn't fit well, doesn't do the job it's meant to do as a bra and the pad inside slides about.

I am going to try PayPal!

Oh they do deliver some . Got a piece of material in the post. When I contacted them say give it to a friend. Got my refund today from PayPal but they got me to return piece of material by registered post thinking I wouldn’t. So I’m out the €9 that cost me.

Sent proof of that they stopped engaging with PayPal. They decided in my favour today . Ugh - I should’ve known better

Like everyone else, I ordered weeks ago & still waiting & asked to be patient. Foolishly I didn’t check out the company before ordering.
Can they reported for fraud?

Scam website, should have read the reviews now month later no goods no response.

It's a scam, fortunately PayPal have refunded me, I wish I had seen this first! Like others false tracking information & auto emails regarding waiting.

I received my order of 2 bras which look brilliant in the video but they are no good and apparently I cannot send them back. Do not order from this company!

I am raging I have been caught out ordering from this company if it even exists. Have ordered 2 bras 9weeks ago still waiting . Like all other reviews keep sending emails and keep getting reply to be patient and giving tracking number which doesn't exist. I paid by visa would I have any hope of getting refunded?I never order without reading trustpoilet reviews but I did this time .

As all other recent reviews have stated - I ordered late august and had two different sets of delivery and shipping details and still no sign of my order. Luckily I managed to raise a complaint via PayPal and got a refund. The company themselves just kept asking me to be patient and wait but there is only so much waiting that you can do before assuming it is never going to arrive!
Appears to be a total scam company - avoid like the plague!

The delivery is ridiculous and mine neen stuck on Edinburgh since September. Convinced it some kind of scam as it looks like no goods and no refund - disgusted

I ordered in good faith, at end of September still waiting, get shipping emails saying it’s in transit. Last one I received says it’s in transit from Cardiff. More fool me. I’m asking PayPal to refund my money. Don’t buy or order from this company if it actually exists.
