I had an outstanding treatment from Nicole. She did my laser and skin consultation along with using the skin scanner and it was amazing! I’ve seen amazing laser results with just 2 sessions and I’ve had one hydra facial and I am really happy with both treatments! Definitely will recommend my family & friends

Colaz harrow branch is fantastic . Myself and my daughters had a great experience . They are professional and took care of us nicely . All the staff we have come across Harwinder , Sahar , Jagmeet are lovely and talented . Lalita is really nice and always happy to help . We enjoyed the facials and other treatment .

Colaz have always been professional and helpful throughout my time using the service. I cannot recommend them highly enough for managing to fit me into timed slots at short notice as well as always providing top tier advice and guidance on the protocols. The actual irritation that I had of my hair has completely gone which I will be forever grateful for. My hair was very thick and annoying but now I am completely satisfied of the service I have received from Colaz. I have only had 3 small 15 minute sessions and the progress is outstanding. Bye bye hair and with a further 3 sessions already booked I know that I will forever have no irritation again! Great superb service.

So appalled that an appointment was made with reception.
Git there on time to realise there was nothing logged on their computer and didn't bother to accommodate.
It was just a skin consultation nit even therapy.
Could not do anything to resolve and so walked out wasted my time

So happy with my laser results! Only had one session so far and the results are insane. The price point is so good and the staff are so friendly. Jouvita is especially so nice and welcoming, wouldn’t want anyone else to do my laser. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family to get their laser done at colaz purely due to the friendly staff and how quickly you can see the results.

Jovita is simply the best she gives really good advices on skincare i just love her whenever i talk to her i feel like i am talking to my friend as she is very friendly and my mother in law is getting electrolysis done and she always want jovita to do the treatment for her such a humble and kind person❤️

I have been going to the Colaz branch in Southall for laser and electrolysis treatment. The treatment has reduced the hair growth on my chin and the staff are very nice and helpful. Would recommend.

I have received nothing but great service here at Colaz Hounslow! I have been coming here for my full body laser and I am so impressed with it all. I am extremely impressed with the service I receive every time I either phone or come into store. All staff members are so friendly and treat me with so much respect. They are all so helpful and are so knowledgeable when it comes to answering any questions I have. The staff make you feel comfortable, relaxed and have an enjoyable experience. I have been going to Colaz for a while before in Southall for laser treatment and now in Hounslow for laser and facial the staff are very professional and friendly especially Renu, Raman and Hind they throughly inform of what they will be doing and also explain the aftercare etc the place is also very clean the reception staff are very helpful too one thing I will say is that I use to shave for my laser and the result wasn’t really good but after speaking with the Manager she asked not to shave and the result has been really good but unfortunately that was my last session but overall I would recommend this place for its service

A friend recommended Colaz to me so I decided to go for a laser hair removal consultation and I started full body laser in the Summer. It’s safe to say I’ve have had the best experience at Colaz! The staff are lovely and the laser sessions start promptly and are incredibly comfortable. I’ve have had an amazing experience and don’t regret it one bit. I’ve seen a significant reduction in my hair growth and have gone weeks of not having to shave. I would definitely recommend Colaz to anyone thinking of starting laser hair removal or are nervous about starting! 100% worth it!!

I've been going to the Colaz Southall for year and a half now and all I can say is it's definitely worth it. Friendly, professional staff, safe, clean environment and my laser hair removal has shown an 85% decrease in hair growth. Very satisfied. Thank you Nicole❤ and Raj for the best treatment.

Simply the best. have had full allover laser hair removal and electrolysis here with both Shadi and Lina over the last year or so. both of whom are wonderful at their jobs and make you feel welcome and confident in their abilities and knowledge .
I was made to feel comfortable from the start and given professional advice at consultation and treatment from day one and beyond.
Everyone here is always friendly, professional and courteous at all times and provide a beautiful and clean environment in which to relax and are happy to meet all you require while undergoing treatment
The laser equipment here is so much better than the previous clinic I used and very competitive with their prices
my visits here are ongoing and I always look forward to my next appointment
Overall, lovely staff and clinic, would recommend to everyone who loves to take care of their body and appearance

I don't have good experience with colaz in southall. Buy laser and darmo pen face treatment. The face treatment from first treatment go wrong the lady who make my treatment she dont use any face crem she make my face and eyes so much pain. Make complaint after getting phone call from southall to let me know the will swap for me to other treatment .waiting 5 month for new appointment. Alrefy paying but not have treatment. So bad .colaz don't look a customer the just like you pay.

Booked in last minute with Hounslow Colaz, managed to get a consultation appointment next day. The lady has done a great job explaining the whole laser hair removal treatment process Also got an amazing offer👍🏼 now can’t wait for my appointment!

I have been going to Hounslow branch since 2013 and have had several sessions for laser hair removal in multiple parts. Absolutely satisfied with the proficiency, cleanliness and friendliness. I live in Slough, still go to Hounslow branch as I am more confidant on the staff here. I have recommended to few of my friends who also have good results for laser. Very much happy with the results and would recommend to others.
