I’ve been a customer at CoLaz Southall for six years. The only reason I’ve stayed this long is because I’m not someone who complains easily. I always try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt and stay loyal, even when things aren’t perfect.

Looking back, I wish I hadn’t.

Six years later, I still have noticeable hair growth despite spending a significant amount of money on treatment packages. Those six years have dragged on because appointments are booked months in advance, they’re regularly moved, and I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve turned up to find the machine wasn’t working, been called the day before and asked to reschedule, been told to come back earlier or later, or had my appointment delayed because of issues at the clinic.

Once you’ve bought your package, you no longer feel like a valued customer. Instead, it feels like every visit is about trying to sell you another package or another treatment.

The final straw was the way I was treated by Priya the owner in Southall. I called with a genuine query and was spoken to in a way that I found rude, dismissive and completely disrespectful. I was constantly interrupted, spoken over and not once allowed to explain myself.

To be absolutely clear, I accept that I missed my appointment. This review is not about the missed appointment fee. It’s about the way a loyal customer of six years was treated when they called to ask a question.

I’ve now submitted a formal complaint to Head Office because no customer should be spoken to in that manner.

Looking back, I completely understand why people I know have left this branch for other laser clinics. I know four people personally who have left.

If you’re considering CoLaz Southall, my advice is simple: save your time, save your money and save yourself the stress. There are plenty of other clinics that value their customers far more than I ever felt valued here.

The prices are good, but the staff don’t really welcome you and the place could do with a good clean.

I had such a great experience at Colaz Slough! My chemical peel was done by Sehar, who was incredibly professional and so lovely throughout. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience at CoLaz Paddington.

I’ve had ongoing issues with the manager, Bal, whose attitude is consistently unprofessional, dismissive, and patronising. This is not the first time I’ve raised concerns about her – I previously requested to see a different therapist due to poor treatment, but was recently told no one else was available.

The quality of treatment has been rushed and ineffective, and I have actually noticed my hair growth worsening rather than improving, which is extremely concerning.

Customer service is equally poor. After missing an appointment due to illness, I called back, apologised, and offered to pay any fee, but was met with a condescending and unsympathetic response. My attempts to rebook and clarify my remaining sessions were not handled properly, and no confirmation was sent despite being promised.

There is also no clear way to escalate complaints beyond the clinic. I was told the manager is the only point of contact, which is completely inappropriate. I have now been left with no option but to take this matter further.

I was also sent an unprofessional message stating that complaints procedure would be sent to me within 5-10 working days - legally complaints procedure is supposed to be available at all times and must be provided when the customer asks.

Overall, a stressful and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this clinic at all based on both the poor treatment results and lack of professionalism.

I’ve had a really great experience at this clinic. Bal is incredibly friendly and makes you feel comfortable straight away. She takes the time to tailor the treatment to your needs and budget and is very careful about the areas you actually want treated, which I really appreciate.
I’m already seeing great results from my laser sessions and the whole experience has felt very professional and reassuring. The atmosphere is lovely and welcoming and you can tell they genuinely care about looking after your skin.

I’m so happy and satisfied with Rosy in slough branch. I recently had a treatment done by her, and she was incredibly calm, relaxed, and professional. She never rushed the process—instead, she listened to my concerns and tailored the treatment to my needs. I’ve gotten amazing results.

After looking into various laser clinics, I am so glad I chose CoLaz in Paddington. My therapist Bal is excellent! She always greets me with a smile, listens and takes on board my concerns, and always carries positive energy. It feels like home when I come here. And the results have been wonderful! Colaz in Paddington is definitely recommended. Had laser for a while and tried other places but none worked like the way Colaz does. Definitely worth the cost.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ELECTROLYSIS. My face has been scarred due to overtreatment. The skin is hard, bumpy and has pits in it. I heard sizzling and felt tugging when having treatment, which SHOULD NOT happen. I have emailed, rang and left voicemail all of which have been ignored. Still waiting for the manager at Colaz Slough to address this serious issue. Absolutely appalling. Quite happy to take your money, and keep your money, ignore customer feedback after having caused permanent damage to your face. Please avoid and go elsewhere where the standards are safe. I followed all aftercare advice, this is purely a result of malpractice.

I am a full time carer for my autistic son, and due to worsening case of hirsutism going on 10 years, I decided it was time to have electrolysis to permanently remove the hair. As someone on carer's allowance, this decision was not taken lightly as those on carers allowance will know how tight money is. At the VERY LEAST, I should have a full refund, due to malpractice at Colaz Slough. I hope this matter is resolved as a matter of urgency.

Not only am I now left with facial hair that I am too scared to have treated, my chin is also now scarred and bumpy. This is somebody's face we are talking about. Absolutely awful.

This the best ColazShall I’ve ever been to and I would recommend this to everyone .Their staff is so kind so helpful so friendly that hopefully every clients makes prayers for them and I especially do.The moment I enter there environment positive vibes fill up my surroundings. when they do my facial I feel peace ,quiet and really relaxed.

I pay lasers hair removal last December and I did not attend any single lesson and shop close still I did not get my refund harrow branch I contacted them but no reply and I pay last December how u say November Colaz closed

Southall branch - Amazing services all the way starting with the owner Reena, to the receptionist Bella and the beautician Raj who gave me the facial from heaven. Will make this experience a monthly visit.

I recently came to Colaz Southall for a Hydrafacial and had such a great experience. The aesthetician was very gentle with my skin, and you can really feel the care and attention that goes into every facial.
