Yes, there was a little discomfort at times (especially in more sensitive areas), but it was quick and totally manageable. The cooling system helped a lot. I have olive skin colour and so I loved that the settings were tailored to my skin tone and hair type.

I can't recommend Colaz laser hair removal enough. It’s an investment, but one that pays off in confidence and convenience.

I have got a laser package with them and a facial package with them and I’m so angry that they have shut the store down without informing their customers. They owe me over £1000 and this is no joke. They are not replying to my emails and no one is taking responsibility. Colaz is a company name across uk how can one store close down and no one take responsibility. The emails I was given by another store is not responding at all.

I had my laser session at Colaz in Paddington, and it was the best experience I've had so far! Bal is incredibly friendly and really great with clients. She's also super accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments, which makes it so much easier to fit everything into my busy life.

I have been coming here for last 3 years,and I get good service the staff is so nice and always happy to help.My appointment is always on time.I am happy to choose Colaz slough branch for my self and my family.

Colaz did not inform me in advance that my packages would be moved across to a different company. I was only informed after this had taken place. The different company, Ceylon Care Ltd appears to have gone into liquidation and I am not receiving any response from the email address or phone numbers. This has been happening for 8 months!
Colaz are failing to take any responsibility - before this transfer they should have informed me and provided options.
They mention how packages can be transferred to another branch if the same package is purchased from one of their other branches - I shouldn't have to do this. Reason they state for this is because the other branches are 'busy' - it's just another opportunity for them to take your money. Funny how they were able to transfer sessions when the Ealing branch closed but somehow they cannot do this when the Harrow branch closed?!
This is fraudulent behavior that I will be reporting and escalating. I strongly regret purchasing packages from Colaz and advise everyone to not use this company, they are incredibly unreliable and will take your money without providing the service. The CEO of Colaz needs to take accountability

Hi I had purchased laser removal form Colaz Harrow in 2024. When I called them in Dec for appointment, they said the cinic will be reburbished and will open after a month. We were not informed that will be transferred to Ceylon Care. Also, if this was already planned, why did Colaz as a company did not inform the customers. This is totally scam. Do not trust Colaz.

I’ve been visiting CoLaz Paddington for Laser hair removal for 2 years.
Have had a great experience with them so far especially since the change over. The aesthetician Bal is very helpful and great at making clients feel comfortable. Communication is great and they’re understanding of clients needs and willing to work with you to get your results.

Bal has provided the most comfortable experience and service while being accommodating. Already seeing results 2 sessions in only!

Bal is amazing and has great customer service! Great communication always receive quick responses either over the phone or WhatsApp and they’re very understanding regarding appointments. So far I’ve seen brilliant results for my laser treatment so I’m excited to keep going

Service is great - staff are all very warm and welcoming. Always receive very quick responses from them and have seen amazing results with their laser treatment.

I had laser sessions from Paddington branch and it has the best results. Also i had deep cleanse facial which was great and very relaxing

This company is an absolute scam. They traded under the name Colaz, took my money and then management supposedly changed hands. They said that my treatments would be honoured by the new company Ceylon Care who have avoided my calls and emails. Even though I purchased my treatment via Colaz they refused to refund and literally refer every review back to the new owners even though they know full well the company is no longer trading. I advise you all to take things further but start with contacting your bank to report the transaction ASAP. There are process in place that may allow for us to all get our money bank. This company is rotten and extremely dishonest.
