Lovely service, website needs updating

I needed to book my cat into see a vet as our usual vet was unable to offer an appointment until Saturday (today is Tuesday). I did not want to wait that long so searched vets in Colchester. I was able to book online in real time which was great.

Parking was easy - ample spaces accessed to the left of the building - though I was not aware of this until I drove to the building as I could not see this on the website.

Consultation fee was £42.79 which was not mentioned on the site (and not charged by usual vet for checkups/jabs but needs must for our furbabies).

Being allowed into the building with or without masks was helpful as pets like their owners during their consultation - however she was taken for blood tests without me and the team fedback that she was distressed during blood taking.

Service was friendly, facilities good and I would use again but website needs updating for consultation fees and parking
