Either item wasnt in stock or just poor delivery logistics
Item reported to be in stock. Despatch notes on website say delivery 2-3 business days. Hadnt left their warehouse until 5 business days after the order. Waiting for it now to arrive. Has cost me two days delay in getting project finished. Dont rely on them if youre on a timeline.

DAB pond pumps
I have used DAB pumps for our large carp pond for several years. It incorporates an upper filter pond and aerating waterfall and runs continuously. Generally the pumps last 2 years (500w).

I was advised that my delivery would be on the Friday - I waited until lunch time and then rang the company - to be advised that the courier had not collected the parcel and I wouldn't get it until Monday. They could have rang/emailed to advise!!!
