I cannot recommend this service. The forwarding from the warehouse in the USA simply does not work. First, it took over a week for my package to even be registered after arrival. After that, I requested forwarding to Europe. Five days after I paid 80 euros for the forwarding and submitted the request, the package still had not been sent. At this point, the delay is becoming ridiculous and completely unacceptable for a paid service.

My package arrived at your German warehouse marked as oversized, but the warehouse neither refused acceptance nor informed me of next steps. It was then shipped to France without any communication. When I attempted to proceed with shipment, the system suddenly stopped working. I contacted your staff, who could have helped repack it smaller to meet shipping regulations, but they refused assistance. The only option is to return it to Germany, rendering the entire process pointless. The outcome was foreseeable from the start, yet no staff member ever informed the customer of the proper course of action.

Sign up was very easy, I was able to track my package at all times, after it arrived at the warehouse it was delivered to my home address within 3 days. All items were in the package and nothing was damaged.

The website is a bit buggy and the German translation is not 100% accurate.

I would give Colis Expat a zero rating if it was an option!
I never received the items I ordered, despite the considerable costs and additional tax payments.
Approx 5 months after I ordered my items via Colis Expat, I get an email to say that I will be charged an
additional payment for storage for the items that I never received!
I have reached out to Customer Service, but the responses have been generic and not at all helpful.
Avoid this company at all costs!

I have been using this service for almost 2 years now and sent dozen of packages with it and its usually OKAY and there's not much to complain about, however recently, for the first time I had one of the worst experiences I had with any forwarding service ever. First of all the service is slow and they have zero flexibility when it comes to identifying packages, meaning if the carrier didn't put their ID on the package (even if you put it there) its not going to be added to your account unless you bother the support continuously about it for days and even than it takes more than a week to accomplish, making everything even slower, however I can live with that and its not that bad- that was until recently I ordered a package to their Spanish warehouse and it got completely mishandled, supposedly given to another user (?) and lost in consequence, its worth mentioning I contacted them when the package arrived at the Spanish warehouse confirming that the package is in fact MINE which they confirmed with me but they still somehow completely messed it up. How this happened is beyond me and honestly sounds somewhat shady to me which this service always kind of seemed like to begin with to be honest, the UI on the website and information you get is very limited, you do not know what is happening with your package between warehouses (that's whole another issue I don't understand, why do the packages have to travel between warehouses and cant just be sent from the warehouse of your choice like it happens with every other forwarding service? This whole operation just creates issues for no reason.) and you overall are very limited with what you can do with your packages, a lot seems to be kept in secret for some reason here. I was extremely disappointed with them losing my package, because what I ordered was a "1 of 1" item that I wont be able to get ever again. So far, I am still waiting to get my money refunded and I am honestly not sure if I will even get that if anything... Support was of course extremely slow, had to be pushed to literally help me in any sort of way and still all they had to say was that I should essentially "forget about it" and that they "cant do anything now"... Horrible experience all around, I would say use this service on your own risk and I would stay away unless you are absolutely forced to use this. I will most definitely not be using the service anymore after this unless I absolutely have to, UNLESS they somehow manage to make everything right and return the package to me which is unlikely, not because its not doable but because they just don't care enough, sad. Prices are great but service is shady, limited, slow, high maintenance and unreliable. They deserve the 3 stars they have, its nothing more and nothing less- you get exactly the 3 star service you could expect.

First and probably last time using this service.
2 parcels well received and regrouped by ColisExpat but lost probably while resending to a relay point (locker) which the parcel never reached.
It's been 2 months (re-expedition was FR to BE)
Several attempts to "support" - answer : "it's normal the parcel should come back to colis expat and will will then notify you"... Wondering how long is a normal delay ...
All in all it is pure loss for the customer
(losing the value of your parcels items and paying for a useless "re-expedition") --> pure waste
Update Jan28 2026 : Colis expat eventually (Jan 20th) confirmed that the packages have been lost... there may or may not be a compensation (6 more weeks to wait for maybe get the stamp value compensation!!)
I maintain my opinion: total scam and inefficient support team -->Never Again!

I am extremely disappointed with both UPS and ColisExpat. I paid for shipping, filled out all the forms, did everything correctly — and my package still got lost. After waiting so long with no update, the only thing I received in response was a message saying it’s now “too late” to ask for compensation.
How is that acceptable when they are the ones who lost the parcel?
From September we send the package for coliexpat in the Uk installation adress.
I trusted both companies with my shipment, paid for their service, and now I’m left with nothing but excuses. Instead of responsibility and support, I receive delays and investigations that lead nowhere.
If you value your time, money, or your items, think twice before using UPS or ColisExpat. This experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and completely disappointing.

Works great. I don't understand complaints about packets being send to France. This is just how they operate and they are quite clear about it. The packet was received without any issues. Sure, it took a few weeks in total to obtain the package from Italy to the Netherlands. But I don't mind.

My business partners of Farmasi sent 7 packages to ColisExpat address in UK. It has been over a month now that we all have been trying to reach customer service as the only way reaching them is by mail or the contact page in the account. We have sent several requests for updates. Non have lead to solutions or the editing of the packages to the ColisExpat accounts. Everytime we emailed or sent a message through the account we got AI answers. My question is now how can a company run their business like this with no reply of human beings at all? What is the hold up on all these accounts to be linked with their packages:

Why is it that we can see that all the packages has been delivered on the same address and nobody is answering us?
This has cost us clients and a lot of money. It is not fair for my partners to rely on a forwarder that is simple not answering any question with concrete answers for them to finally get their packages in the Netherlands.
I really hope that someone in the company of ColisExpat read this and can give these cases attention they need to get resolved.

UPDATE 6-1-2026: Happy new year All. We are almost 2 months further and still none of the business partners have received their packages or a e-mail about their orders sitting in storage at ColisExpat UK. Please customer service do something about this case! Contact the persones so that they can finally get their packages forwarded to the Netherlands. They have customers waiting for their products and getting angry because they paid their money and still no product has arrived. Please do something and stop sending AI messages to us saying that the case has already been escalated to the UK office because we already now that as a response on over 20 messages. Help my partners to get their products.
Update January 20th, 2026, still zero response from ColisExpat. When will someone contact us for the boxes deliverd in UK. How can a company take more then 2 months to handle this?
