The website is very simplistic yet very complicated to navigate , i don't know how they manage that .
Their support team is non-existent and reply mostly like robots thinking is cool but actually is frustrating and leads to no help at all .
I had an Amazon delivery to them with one time code for security reasons yet ,they have delay responses to e-mails and they don't seem to understand what common sense is .
I send them everything they needed , one time codes, the things they have to do ,screenshots ,everything ,yet i got a response : Did your delivery arrive safely ? lol .
Not to mention there is no phone to contact them which could solve many problems but if they did i don't know if they would spoke English ,some of them even replied in French in some texts !
If communication is such a big deal and problem in 2025 we are ruined!

I began working with Colis Expat on 6/24. A Google search for a way to forward packages to Cuba Brought them up where their site has Verbiage that they ship Worldwide. No subnote saying "Careful, for a list of where we ship check this page..."
I subscribed for yearly Discounts thinking I would be using the service Often enough. My first issue arose when I couldn't add a Cuban Address to my addresses I would like to forward my package to. I reached out to their Support and I worked pretty much with the same rep for weeks back and forth email after email. Although she was The main support Rep for this company, she never once told me that They don't ship to Cuba. She even went as far as to manually add this cuban Address to my profile. While all of this is going on and since I was working with a rep of this company I felt confident enough to keep forwarding packages to their warehouse since I felt I was in good hands.
After I had 5 Boxes there they finally told me that they don't ship to Cuba, We're talking 12+ emails in where they had pletnty of opportnity to tell me. worse yet, they will do nothing to correct any of this, I will have to eat the charges of shipping my packages back to myself like it or not. They said it was my responsibility to know their policies when their own Reps don't know them.
Be Warned.
My review above contains No Exaggerations, this was my actual experience.
I feel they are operating like they are the only company that offers their services. There are alternatives e.g.Global Shopaholics (Google or search them)
Disclaimer on Global Shopaholics, I have not used their service so I cannot speak to the experience there. But if you need to forward packages around, they may suit your needs if Colis Expat can't, and moreover they may offer a more quality customer Service (possibly)

I have been using Colis Expat for five years. In the past month, I had 5 items sent to my Colis Expat address in France. Two were sent directly and three were sent to their own Mondial Relay address which is in the same building. They are supposed to transfer the Mondial Relay parcels automatically to my Colis Expat address (again, in the same building).
One parcel was transferred as usual.
Then, I started getting official notifications from Mondial Relay that the other two packages had arrived and I should pick them up. The 2 vendors who sent the packages notified me as well. I sent a message to the Colis Expat support team to ask them to accept the packages so that I could get them forwarded to me. I sent them the official notifications that I had received from the Mondial Relay site, Colis Expat Shopiles.
First, I was told that they would search the warehouse. Then they said that there was no trace of them. In the meantime, I got additional notices from the Mondial Relay site that they had the packages and I should pick them up.
I asked if Colis Expat was prepared to compensate me for the value of the merchandise that they apparently lost. They replied, “Do you have the proof of delivery?”
Cordialement, etc.etc.
I had sent them the proof days before in the form of the very official notices from ColisExpat Shopiles. Now they seem to be ignoring me.

Another great deal with Colis Expat. I got my consolidated package today with the two orders from France, Colis Expat did a great job once again. The box was of high quality and was taped safely to not allow curious hands inside the box. The shipping to Germany from France is quite expensive recently, but you get what you pay for. I would avoid choosing Hermes as they tend to delay the delivery too much, but other than that all good. Happy Bastille day Colis Expat ! A bientöt !

Overall good experience. Had some issues with staff assuming non alcoholic ginger beer contains alcohol (Helena) then had another issue with another staff member (Jeremy) saying perishable items cant be shipped and my order would be cancelled (fyi canned drinks are not perishable items)however Helena was able to confirm my order was indeed shipped and i received it perfectly fine. Would use again but recommend staff members check these things properly and avoid any confusion moving forward. This is the reason for not giving 5 stars, there is still some improvements to be made but i would use them again.

I have been waiting for over a month for the delivery. Very little communication and I went on here to see if this was a legitimate company.
There is no telephone number or email to contact them - only through their site.

This company is quite unhelpful and unreliable.
I have had packages go missing when getting delivered and when they have "Consolidated" I have received ridiculous sized boxes with tons of empty space.
It is honestly concerning as they charge by volumetric weight. My last few experiences with them has left me feeling quite ripped off.
I asked if they could use a smaller box and they said they have "Set sizes" for boxes. Which is nonsense as I have received all kinds of sized recycled boxes before from them before.
It seems like they want overcharge and then the support team just shuts you down.
This is the last time I use them and please just look at their reviews for 1 minute before you do.

Everything worked out well!
Very satisfied. I ordered from Lidl online shop in France. Parcel was delivered with DHL within 10 days (was a bank holiday in between). I paid around 27€, even less than what the package estimator calculated. Would definitely use it again if I find good deals in other countries.

I've been using ColisExpat for several months now, to consolidate and forward several small parcels from Vinted, LeBonCoin, etc. I could not fault the service; I received packages from France and Spain to my home in the UK with no problems at all except an issue with the website which lasted a couple of days and meant it was impossible to forward shipments.
My main issue with this company stems from its complete lack of customer service. I was told that one of my packages could not be forwarded via the method I had chosen because it contained medication - I emailed and clarified that I had not ordered any medication so would they please double check this; perhaps the sender had used a medication box for the packaging. After 3 weeks of no response, I followed up again to be told that they had checked, there was no problem and I could proceed with shipping.
Once I had reprocessed the shipping I again received an email saying that the parcel could not be sent because it contained medication. After a further email I was told that, actually, the employee had just read the invoice I sent them to confirm there was no medication, but when they came to pack the shipments they had found medication.
Again, I asked for clarification and a photo if necessary to prove that there was medication inside. After nearly two more weeks of no response, ColisExpat once again told me there was no problem and I could proceed with the shipment, which has finally been dispatched successfully today.
Throughout, their customer service was laughable - easily proven by the fact that it took three weeks for them to read an invoice. I was constantly chasing for a response and barely received any apologies, in addition to no offer of compensation - despite that I had spent over a month emailing them for absolutely no reason at all.
I do not understand how this company is still in business with their ridiculous lack of empathy and customer service. I will be looking at using another company moving forwards in the hope that they will be more professional - although this won't be difficult to achieve!

I have just now started to use this service. I have scheduled three parcels to be forwarded.
My review is based solely on the issues I am experiencing using the website.
The website is an absolute joke. The sad thing is, that others have commented on this issue. Yet these guys will not bring on, an improved site. I will most likely stop using them for this reason alone!
The site is very difficult to navigate
It’s functions are very difficult to initiate
And just try erasing or amending an address. You can’t. So you can end up with multiple different and obsolete addresses in the portal and very easily ship your package to an obsolete address.
The Customs declaration function is easy to deal with and in theory very easy to use. But when creating an invoice for Five items and you make an error. In actuality you find the function getting stuck, having to log out and restart!
Sorry to say this, but only the French could have such a terrible website and pretend that everything is fine and it’s got to be the stupid customers fault!

I've been a customer since 2017. ColisExpat service used to be much, much better. Now the customer service staff is rude, they don't bother actually reading your email thoroughly so they can understand the problem and, most importantly, they are SO OVERPRICED!!! There are so many companies that do this better than they do now. You get NOTHING for being a long-term customer, no respect, just rudeness. Right now I'm waiting for 2 parcels that have been stuck in Machelen since May 14th. That's right, it's just ridiculous. I paid money for this, I can't believe it. Furthermore, they just LOST a pacakge of mine, something I bought in the U.K. which I paid an exhorbitant amount for in shipping costs. Their response? Basically, "We have no idea what happened to your package, response time is around 8 weeks, and we don't know if you'll get a refund". They may as well just have said, "And it's all your fault". I AM SO DONE. It's despicable, and that is NOT the first package they have lost. The other one was awhile back, Christmas slippers of all things. So my advice is, find another forwarding company.
