It would very helpful if you could let us know the Brand of the parcel when you announce that it is in stock. I do a lot of online ordering and it takes time to figure out who and where it is from.

I sent a parcel to ColisExpat, and UPS officially confirmed it was delivered to their address in Dorsten (HOESCHSTRASSE 20, 46284 Germany).
However, ColisExpat refuses to confirm receipt or even search for it, claiming they “need a signed proof of delivery.”
UPS already stated that no signature is available for this delivery type — it was left at their address as usual. This is their responsibility to check their warehouse and make sure parcels aren’t misplaced.
Instead, their support sends copy-paste answers, avoids any real investigation, and tells customers to “contact the sender.” This is beyond unprofessional.
The parcel is worth 500€, and their complete lack of effort shows how little they care once they already have your money.
I have full proof from UPS confirming delivery to their address. I will not stop until this situation is made public and resolved.
Avoid this company at all costs — they can easily lose your parcel and blame everyone else.

My shipment arrived at their warehouse at the end of September, and I paid almost $50euros for FedEx forwarding right away. It has now been over two weeks, and my package still hasn’t shipped and there is no update. The FedEx tracking number shows only “shipment information sent,” meaning FedEx never received it.
I’ve contacted ColisExpat multiple times, but the replies have been vague and unhelpful, offering no clear explanation or timeline. It was a pain to even get them to print the label for the shipment. I had to send more than three emails. For such a high-priced service, this level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable.
I expected a reliable premium service, but instead, I’ve experienced poor customer care, slow processing, and zero transparency. I wouldn’t recommend ColisExpat based on this experience.

Absurd Fraud They changed my American address without notice, all my packages were delivered at my address so someone received but ColisExpat says they can't do anything so I lost everything, terrible assistance only copy and paste of standard texts without even reading my complaints. I have never received any email about the change of address. They say they have posted a post on their Facebook page or newsletter, but customers are not obliged to have Facebook, much less to be subscribed to the newsletter. An email to all customers registered for the service would have been enough to avoid losing packages.

I think the service has been improved in UK. I’ve been happy with my recent two deliveries from ColisExpat – everything arrived safely and the service works well. My only suggestion for improvement is to use sturdier boxes and better-sized cartons, as the packaging was larger than necessary. Otherwise, I’d gladly give them 5 stars.

As per your stated processing time of 3 working days, it should have been visible in my account by Wednesday, 13 August.
The item was received by Di LAURO at PADERNO DUGNANO IT. I have proof of delivery showing this but Bryan from support says the tracking number is not recognized on their database. Seems more like AI generated responses so to that you can feel like your matter is attended to but it is actually not.
I have sent POD twice and Invoice twice whilst being asked but they arent actually trying to help.
I NEED MY SHIPMENT OR 367 EURO refund ASAP

Even though I had proof of delivery, Customer Service Representative Harry insisted that my package could not be found and gave me all sorts of difficulties. However, I was lucky enough to remember
Jérémy, another customer service representative who had responded to my emails carefully before. It was her diligence and sense of responsibility that helped me recover my lost package . I truly believe that having an employee like Jeremy is a great asset to your company!
Thank you again for the help Jérémy provided. She is a responsible staff member who can put herself in others' shoes and think from the customer's perspective. I am extremely grateful.

I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS INTERMEDIARY TO ANYONE!
1) Parcels are stolen - the store provides a delivery confirmation where it is clear that it is signed by Colisexpat, and they say that they did not receive anything
2) Contact - the response to 1 SMS takes 24 hours +.
3) If you want to return the goods to the store, you will have a free return label, BUT COLISEXPAT will not even put a return label on the box and will not return your parcel for free, but will make you pay the shipping cost

At first it was pretty confusing because the tutorial was extremely outdated. I didn’t know if my package had been delivered or not and whenever i tried checking the website i couldnt see anywhere whether it had arrived or not i just assumed it had because i got a email from colisexpat the same minute i got one from the delivery service saying its been delivered. But i asked Chatgpt and it said i would receive a email when its been processed. Overall i think its a very good website i just wish the tutorial was more up to date and not a 7 year old video from a different lay out

I am very pleased with the service I got from ColiseExpat. Everything went smoothly with efficient communication and the delivery of my parcel was fast.
I've had mixed experiences with this shipper (a subsidiary of the giant BPost) sending from UK or France to Germany, but I have stuck with them for their France/Spain services.
First the worst: The UK shipping colis expat hub is horrible and those working there are barely competent; they are incredible slow (usually 4-7 days) to scan your items. They regularly lose packages in the warehouse, only to find them a week or two later after repeat nagging. Packages are often "lost" on the way to their address. I had this happen on multiple occasions when sent from Amazon.co.uk to them (never to any other address). I only tried using this hub because I'd already paid for the annual service for France.
The better: the France colis expat hub (outside Paris in Pantin) is far more efficient. Packages are often scanned the day they arrive and they have a Mondial Relay box, which is *usually* open, but often goes dark for a week or two every couple months. I haven't had a package lost here (fingers crossed). They also have a satellite "hub" (really just a shop) in Spain (in Irun on the border) which allows one to order from Spanish sellers, Wallapop, or Todocoleccion. Consolidation boxes from France are usually well-packaged but they often lack any additional packing material, the assumption seeming to be that the individual packages within should sustain any shipping abuses.
Suggestion 1 for colis expat: please shut down your UK service near Heathrow. It is awful. Apparently this is the second location you've used in the UK. Perhaps you should just give up on shipping from the UK.
Suggestion 2: please allow consolidation of more than 10 items. This is an annoying and arbitrary number, especially when shipping many small items.
Suggestion 3: hire another customer service agent to supplement your single current agent. Your customers will be much happier if their emails are answered sooner.

They lost a package of mine in January and ive been treated so badly. So i bought this gloomy bear plushie for 311$. And it arrived around january or early February and it never got registered on my account. Which i emailed about to them plenty of times. And their excuse was that it takes a few days for the packages to register.
A week go by and its still not registered and i keep getting the same botted reply about how itll register soon. After another week they eventually said theyd open a dispute and start an internal search and theyd hear back asap. 2 weeks passed and nothing happened. After 2 weeks i emailed them and they said theyd start another search. Which is so odd to me.
After almost a month of silence i emailed again and suddenly its been shipped out and registered on my account according to them but when looking at my profile it hasnt been registered or even shipped out so i sent them a screenshot and silence. Some days pass and i email again and they said i was eligible to MAYBE get a refund. And id get an answer back in 9-13 weeks. 11 weeks passed and i emailed back to see if im eligible for the refund and they said i was. So since 7th july theyve had my bank statements and information, aswell as the price of the said item lost (311$.).
So i waited about a week for the refund and still nothing so i emailed and ever since i got eligible for said refund their replies become worse and worse where 3 days would pass without me getting any replies. Eventually they replied and said my info was forwarded the 7th and to email at the end of the month if i still dont have the refund. I contacted them yesterday and got a reply today and suddenly theyre saying im not getting a refund this month and they only refund once a month. But theyve had my information since the 7th. So do they refund before that or whats up. Its weird i have NO idea when im getting my refund. I want my full refund and compensation/ extra store credit. This has been a pain. My package cost me 311$ so i better get that money back.
