An excellent service. I found it very easy to book in my parcel collection. It was collected the following day as promised and delivered to Belgium before the week was out. All this is good but, the thing that impressed me so much was the value. I paid less than 25% of the amount quoted online by a large international courier. Oddly enough, the same large international courier that collected my parcel and delivered it to my happy customer. This is my first time using Collectmyparcel.com, next time they will be my first choice.

this is a great courier service, easy to book with super fast collection times and helpful, pleasant drivers.

SHould be called "Collect my money, leave my parcel" - not even a sorry when the courier did not turn up, and when I complained there was no one to complain to - they all said 'not my responsibility' - really rubbish. Would not use again.

I was thrilled with how unexpectedly quickly my suitcase arrived at its destination! And for far cheaper than many other shipping options, too. I would definitely use this service again.

The only part I didn't like so much was that pick-up was 'any time between 9am and 5pm.' It was a beautiful day out, one of our last in England, so I was relieved when the driver showed up midday and I still had time to get out of the house. It would have been lovely to have the option of dropping the package off someplace rather than wait indefinitely.

Still, a good experience all in all.

I had an item to be sent to my sister that lives in Portugal and it was to big to be sent by royal mail so i had to go on-line to look for a company that would and also at a good price. I did many quotes on many company sites but i wasnt satisfied with the prices on a google search i found collectmyparcel.com and made a quote. To my surprisse by sending the item trough collectmyparcel i ended up with a cheaper price and i was delighted. I followed the indications on the site and had the package ready for collection, the item was collected at the date arranged i was able to track it daily with no problems and the item arrived to its destination quickly with no incidents. The company that took care of the delivery was DHL and im very pleased for it. Collectmy parcel did a great job by getting a good price and having a exellent web page that does what it says. Well done.

From the tracking I saw that my parcel was loaded one day then returned to the depot and reloaded, and delivered, the following day. I would have liked an explanation.

It was a good service ....I had problem with pick up driver ...rest of the service is very good...reached parcel on time ....no problem at all.

First time I'd used Collectmyparcel.com which I boooked online at 08.30 for same day collection by 17.30. By 17.30 I thought, here we go, they haven't bothered to turn up and collect my parcel for urgent next day delivery. Then at 18.00 a very apologetic and pleasant driver arrived from City link stating he had been delayed and would not finish until all collections were done. Parcel was delivered by 10am next day. I am more than pleased with the service and hope all my future consignments (which city-Link via Collectmyparcel have now gained) go as well as this one. Well done to both.

they did what they said they would pick up and deliver to my son in bournemouth delivering a laptop in a box with other things good price a real life saver many thanks :)

The only negative would be that they can only specify a pick-up between 7.30am and 5.30pm. Not ideal when you have to ask someone to wait in all day.

Did what they said they would

Collectmyparcel.com was recommended to me by a friend as I had to send a large, heavy, bulky parcel. The post office would have charged £4 less than collectmyparcel.com but the compensation was minimal and I would have had the hassle of taking it to the post office which would have been impossible to take my baby and the parcel.
The guy that collected my parcel was really nice, very polite and cheerful. I tracked my parcel online and noted it was delivered well within 24 hours.
I'm really pleased with the service and I would definitely recommend them to friends. Would I use them again.....absolutely!

Booked 48 hr delivery option online. Parcel collected on time and delivered ahead of schedule. So easy. I will always use this courier in future.

used DHL via collectmyparcel.com to send a parcel to Turkey, but didn't prepare the custom invoice as I never sent anything out of EU. The driver gave me clear instructions of what to prepare and came to collect the parcel again the next day. I think it would be better if the website can state the requirements clearer to avoid any delay.

Collected and delivered when stated and took great care over the item, even adding some wrapping where necessary.
