Booked on Sunday, collected Monday (DHL) morning and parcel in NYC (from London) on Tuesday and in the hands of person by afternoon.

Everything progressed as expected with no stress as this large item was delivered. Of course you have to make some effort in ensuring someone was available at collection and delivery points, and the parcel was well labelled, but with this in place everything went smoothly.
The online tracking process was very informative.

Whole process from setting up collection to delivery through the web site was easy. Excellent value. Collection driver was polite and helpful. So, in general, a good experience and would use again. Only improvement would be to have some indication of collection time - a time slot or some indication from the driver of arrival time would be helpful as I had to wait all day for a late collection.

We were going to send the parcel back with a relative returning to Australia but the excess baggage charge would have been more than your charges, and it only took about a day longer, will definitely use you again.

I paid for a collection they took my money no one turned up for collection although the tracking report shows collection point closed.

I have seen similar negative reviews and I see the response is that the carriage company that you use is to blame and you do not take the responsibility so I am pretty sure your response to this review will be the same that its city links fault and not yours.

Collect my parcel have offered a service and collect my parcel have taken my money there for it is the responsibility of collect my parcel to make sure my goods are collected and delivered.

I accept that things can go wrong from time to time but I can not accept that you have not contacted me to say sorry and to offer some solution.

You can not just take peoples money and walk away like thats just fine !!!!!

I've never used this service before, but have had many items delivered by a courier.

I found the booking process simple enough, and quite simply the price was dirt cheap for what was being shipped. I arranged the collection on behalf of an eBay seller who couldn't ship the item, and I'm told that the collection was straightforward enough.

Delivery to me was the day after it was collected from the other end of the country and around lunchtime.

All in all, I would recomend this service and use it again myself.
