Super, very easy to use.

I found the service to be very fast, and affordable, and they did exactly what they said they would. I did not realise next day delivery did not cover saturdays, but this WAS stated in their more detailed smallprint links; i felt this could have been advertised clearer on the site. The fact you dont know when a collection will be made or delivered on the booked day (except that its 09:00-17:00 hours) was frustrating, as it meant I (or someone else) needed to remain at the delivery points all day. However, for a quick and essential delivery, I found the service did not deviate from what it promised, and it would be unfair to give a negative rating. READ THE SMALLPRINT.

Parcel picked up as promised by friendly agent, went through to Japan in three days, cleared customs in a day, wasn't delivered for another two days and missed the birthday!

Can't fault the service at all, practically the cheapest of the courier services even when other services were offering exactly the same carrier service.
Easy peasy booking and all went without a hitch.

What else can I say, will defo use again.

This was the 1st time I have used a courier for personal items, no issues at all. Great service and very quick delivery.

After placing my order on-line it was collected about an hour later. Impressive. Detailed on-line tracking was available straight away and covered the delivery from the collection in central England to it's destination in Belgium. Great thing was that the package was too heavy for Royal Mail but I found a suitable delivery option here that was cheaper than I expected. Whilst booking the service I was a bit wary as I hadn't used it before but now I'll happily use again.

contacted company to pickup parcel in edinbrough for delivery in London. Company never called for parcel nor contacted me that they had. When I attempted to contact company received no reply.

Paid a very competitive price for a 48hr service, parcel was picked up as arrnaged and delivered within 24hrs. Great hassle free service. Would use again.

Collect my parcel was easy to use and efficient. The tracking service was very straightforward and informative. We would definitely use them again.

Everything was arranged on line, it was so easy, i had purchased a large item on ebay, i arranged for collection and was delivered next morning collected at 1600 delivered by 11 am next day, great service low cost thank you

My parcel was collected nice and early by a very friendly and helpful driver. He gave me all his contact details in case of any queries or problems. I was very pleased with the service and it was very helpful to have the parcel tracking service both for myself and for the person waiting for it. I will use this service again and can highly recommend it to others. Easier to use than the post office.

This is a good website, service was excellent and at a very good price.

I have been using CollectMyParcel.com for a few months now shipping items within the UK and Europe.

The pricing is very competitive and the online process no-nonsense. Tracking is provided on all orders, and they even provide you with the ability to send the reciever a message containing the tracking information!

Excellent service, picked up as scheduled, arrived on time and £30 cheaper than DHL wanted from me!

I found the process and collection to be excellent. My only issue was that when i received my bank statement I noticed they had taken the money twice! After contacting them they did refund one of the amounts but had I not checked it would have been an expensive mistake!

Web interface was easy to understand and fill in, pickup of parcel was friendly and within estimated time slot of one hour (now hanging around the whole morning or afternoon waiting) and delivery timely!
