I could only get large packaging boxes from CollectMyParcel, but was more expensive than delivery.

This was the first time that I have ever used any service than the royalmail for sending parcels. After misweighing my parcel to sell on ebay, I found that Royal Mail wanted £21 to send it. I decided to check other alternatives and found collectmyparcel. I decided to give it a go, and found that I could send it for a little £8, and that it would even be collected for me.

Decided to send it, and found the service given was top notch. Collected as stated and delivered the next working day! Fantastic. I would def. recomend

I had a Gibson guitar collected from 200 miles away. It was collected and delivered on time, in perect condition, and I was able to track it all the way. On top of that it was cheaper than normal mail. What more can you ask?

Occasionally I have to send a parcel to my son in Australia. I picked this company because they had good reviews but knew nothing else about them. The parcel arrived in very good condition and quicker than my son had expected.

Parcel picked up on stated day, delivered without any problems. I checked with other couriers and with courier agencies, and collectmyparcel was the cheapest, which is why I used them. It is always very expensive to send parcels and to get a good price is a result!

The collection and delivery was efficient and on time. The ability to track progress of the delivery was excellent. Most importantly it was excellent value for money.

I cannot fault their service, the website was easy to use, the courier collected my parcel when they said they would. I've used lots of "cheap" collection services in the past and this is by far the most efficient.

They took the payment out of my account TWICE.
Saying that, after I noticed I emailed them and it was credited to my account without any problem.
On the positive side, their response time for emails was lightning quick.
I would definately use again.
