excellent service from collection to delivery. I liked the way parcel could be tracked every step of the way

Delivered to promised timescales, good value for money, would not hesitate to use again

I had a bike case collected from just outside Edinburgh at 4pm and it arrived in Penzance at 1pm the next day. Can't fault that. The cost was also very good, I could not have bought a train ticket for that price!

I had two bicycles to send that I had sold on Ebay. I put them in bike boxes that I got from a bike shop. I weighed them and booked and paid for the service online. The boxes were collected as promised. I gave the recipients the tracking numbers and they followed the bikes' progress. Both recipients were delighted with the service, they agreed that delivery was faster than they expected. In addition to the excellent service, it was also the best priced. I would certainly recommend anyone to collectmyparcel.com. It's so much easier and cheaper that going down to the Post Office.

The service certainly works. They have their own tracking system rather than linking in to the sub-contracted carrier, but this seems to work.

Its always a worry when you send a parcel but using collectmyparcel was stress free.
My parcel was collected at 11.30am tracked all the way and delivered the following day at 2pm and a great price which couldn't be beaten.

Item collected promptly but didn't receive any sort of receipt which was rather worrying. Other than that very impressed and item delivered next day.

You would be mad to use anyone else,Royal Mail quoted me £15 and a four day service for the same item, so paying £10 and having next day delivery is really a no brainer is it not.

Parcel delivery was great value, much cheaper than all other companies I tried. Parcel was collected on time and arrived at its destination the next day in perfect condition. I would definitely use collect my parcel again.
