Staff can be rude
I've been shopping with this company for many years, in both the Marylebone and Kensington branches. They sell gorgeous, luxurious toiletries and linens and everything I've bought from them has been top quality. However, the attitude of some of their staff is unpleasant. I do get the impression that I am not from the demographic they expect to see in their shops. I asked the person who served me to repeat what she'd said because I am deaf and need to lipread and she clearly thought this was unreasonable. If I'm honest, I think it's the height of bad manners not to face the person you're speaking to in any case. I commented that was I was buying is hard to find and she shrugged. Am not likely to shop there again.

Wanted more than 1 style of nightdress. You had multiple styles. The shipping to the US can be a nightmare, but was easy from the way you filled out the paperwork.

I've been buying from Cologne & Cotton for years now - their products never fail to satisfy. And their on-line process is slick and foolproof.
The quality of their bedding is always remarked on by any friends or family who come to stay. And for me, it feels like enjoying some well deserved luxury every day. With the colder nights, I'm luxuriating in my set of Solden brushed cotton bedding. I have 2 sets - if they did it in pink too I'd buy another 2 sets.

Karen, who arranged for the items to be sent out to me was lovely. She was so helpful and even although the item I was interested was out of stock online she still managed to find me one. I also received 10% off as a new customer she said and she also sent me some lovely cotton bags and samples too.
