10/10 service and product
I purchased tiles from 2 companies at the same time and Colortile was by far the better company to work with. Anna contacted me to make sure I applied my sample refund and shipped my order so promptly. The tiles are amazing, would 100% recommend them.

Ordered tiles online. The process was straight forward. Unfortunately no notification was provided to let me know the tiles were ready for pick up. I had to make several phone calls to get the information.

I have ordered some sample tiles, never get them, went to the show room more than 4 time, no service. Call them, always said some one get back to you. Worst customer service. I would recommend anyone except colortile!!

Although my order was a small one and the store was still being set up, Leasa and the team at Grafton/Coffs, sourced out my tiles, ordered them in and delivered even quicker than estimated. They were even cheaper than another local quote! Cheers.
