No choice in starters and dessert, pay extra for beef as main
I knew the food will be just average, but I was a bit shock to find out that the only choice in the menu was the main. By the description of the menu online, it looks like you can choose between different starters and desserts, but it's only one plate with all of the choices (tiny bite of everything that makes it up), be aware everything is cold in the starter plate. No clear sign in the meeting point. Our table was wobbly... At least the view is worthy.

Had to chase company to get our tickets
Purchased tickets to the louvre and the Arc de Triomphe and did not receive the tickets in my email-yes, I checked the junk folder. I sent an email for the tickets, but only received them for the louvre. Had to email for the arc, but by the time I got a response, we just purchased tickets at the ticket counter. I asked for a refund, never heard back.
Thank goodness the tickets weren’t too expensive to purchase again, but we shouldn’t have needed to.
Would not purchase from your organization again, nor will we recommend to friends.

Keep your wits about you - we noticed someone following us on the tram.
