The whole process from purchase to delivery and setup was very smooth and everything went as planned. It was nice that the bed we wanted was in stock as well, because a few other shops weren’t able to get bunk beds in for 2-3 months. We had our bunk bed set up (by their team) and ready to use within about a week!

I purchased a Euro Deluxe Table Wallbed, with side pieces. It is terrific. Installation was relatively quick and easy (they installed). It looks great, is very functional, does exactly what I needed. If I ever need another convertible bed (they have options that are in cabinets as well), I'll definitely go to Comfort Zone Sleep Gallery.

Everyone was very helpful. Pam is excellent in her knowledge & customer service. The guys who installed our wallbed were also knowledgeable & experienced. The whole process, even with COVID delays, was very positive.

I was so happy with the beautiful white bunk bed I purchased fot my Grandaughter. Pam kept be posted on delivery and set up for them to assemble. It is such a solid piece of furniture. She will have thos for years to come. Thank you for everything.

Pamela was great to work with. The show room was neat and pleasant. The bed we purchased is solidly constructed and priced fairly when compared to the junk at other stores for a couple of hundred dollars less. One caveat we have not taken delivery yet so stay tuned for final thoughts...

3rd times the charm! We bought 2 mattresses from Costco.com that we had to return because after 6 weeks, there were already indentations on each side. We’ve had the Comfort Zone mattress for about 5 weeks and we love it! This one is a keeper for sure.

Very happy with Comfort Zone! They came enthusiastically suggested and didn't baffle! They turned over our new mattress, took the old mat, and arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend it !! I am very happy with this service and I highly recommend it to all of my friends and family.

I have been having trouble sleeping and I am very thankful for my purchase! The mattress was soft and comfortable, not to mention that the staff was really hospitable and welcoming.

The seller is very accomodating, I just purchased Sesame Twin Full Bunk in Gray Finish and my kids love it so much. I will buy again another one but this time, it will be a sofa.
