I recently had my first ever cosmetic surgery . I had a breast uplift and implants. Dr ozgur was my surgeon and I am so happy with my results so far. Comfortzone is very organised from start to finish. They make sure you have all transfers , they make sure you are always fed, they make sure the villa is always clean.
If I decided to have more surgery I will definitely be returning

My comfort zone surgery experience was absolutely perfect 🤩! Everyone is really nice, always checking in on you if you're ok and if you need anything they always there for you.

I strongly recommend if you intend to have your surgery and don't know where to go, opt for the comfort zone surgery. I love it and will be back in 6 months.

I honestly had the best experience with Comfortzone, I could not fault a thing about the whole process, I have been recommending to everyone as I am so happy! I had a breast augmentation, recovered super quick and other than a bit of discomfort I felt back to my normal self after just a couple of days post surgery. I would be sure to use comfortzone again and would not even think about getting anything done in the UK now! I was initially nervous about going abroad, but the care was amazing and I love my results! I was so well looked after from everyone from the Villa staff to the nurses and surgeons.

The name of the doctor is Dr özgür sir, the name of the nurse is nurcum such a beautiful people and you can tell they helpful with everything there was not one thing I wanted or needed help with that she did not go out of her way for she makes you feel like your friend

Amazing experience! From the beggining of the journey through until the very last minute everything was perfect. To start with Prof Dr.ozgur and dr.atif mehmet have exceeded my expectations with my own surgery and everyone else I was at the villa with, they are an amazing team of surgeons that get the very best results for everyone they work with. The comfort zone villa is incredible but it’s more than just a villa it’s an entire experience in itself from the drivers that make you feel completely at ease the second you arrive, the staff that create a professional yet family atmosphere through all three villas, the rooms and surrounding gardens are beautiful and so easy to recover in, the food was delicious and as much as every staff member is there to support your recovery they’re also brilliant at encouraging you to recover with confidence. I could go into so much more detail however the takeaway from my experience is extremely positive, I felt safe, comfortable and looked after and I am in LOVE with my results 💖

I came to ComfortZone in 2021 for a breast reduction by 3 cup sizes with uplift and vaser liposuction done by Dr. Kerim. On arriving to hospital, it was clear you aren’t treated how they portray it, unless of course you are a celebrity.

I came out of surgery and was despite me saying I did not feel well and stating I was in a lot of pain; I was made to get up and walk down the corridor. They were rough with helping me and even after saying I felt I was going to faint they ushered me down the corridor. Needless to say, I fainted and was sick, which was dealt with by pulling my head back and sticking an alcohol-soaked cloth right under my nose.

The hospital was in process of moving to the new premises so it was cold and warehouse feels and food was awful, therefore I barely ate.

I have to say whilst at the villa the food was good for the most part and other patients were pleasant. The villa nurses were a mix of very friendly or ok but again quite rough. I had a lot of problems post-surgery and was continually told ‘it is normal’. My accompaniment had been in nursing for about 30 years so knew it was not normal.
On leaving the villa, I was sat at the table and the manager asked me to complete a Trustpilot review there in front of them which felt forced and uncomfortable.

A year later, after 2 seromas and 6 months of post operative therapy 3 x per week, my liposuction is all lumpy and thick and not smooth at all. It wasn’t done in all the areas that I had paid for and was told ‘we can’t take much out due to effect on the body’. My cup size also remained the same, so essentially all they gave me was an uplift.

I got in touch with ComfortZone and was told if I wanted a revision, it would be £500 but only if I paid in FULL for another surgery alongside it as the surgery needs to warrant the cost of the theatre and surgeon etc. which I thought as unacceptable as they said in case of a revision, they would do this.

I was so unhappy with my body so decided just to suck up another few thousand loss and do it as I thought it couldn’t get any worse and they would rectify it plus it is difficult to get anyone else to touch a revision. I came back for a revision in 2022 for breast reduction and vaser liposuction with JPlasma in the hope I would have smaller breasts and smoother appearance on stomach. Dr. Kerim was incredibly rude to me. I was already disheartened and he came in, sat on the edge of the bed and said ‘ok tell me what you want’. On telling him I was here for a breast revision to the cup size I originally asked for and the response I got was shocking.
As follows, to the word ‘are you stupid, why you want this’ whilst pointing to my breasts, ‘you will not like this and I will not do further surgery for you if this is case’.
I believe I was paying him for what I wanted, not the other way round. He then forgot about marking up some areas for the liposuction. He made me feel like myself nor my wishes mattered.

I had to walk myself down to the theatre room in tears right before being put under anaesthetic which is every patients nightmare, no sympathetic person there just a ‘why are you crying, its fine’. For me, everything was not fine.

At this stage post-surgery, my breasts are only just one size smaller (if that) but look a mess with all the additional scarring, the JPlasma I am not even sure was done as the skin is not any tighter than before, in fact looser. The liposuction again still looks lumpy on stomach and legs and I still hate how I look as I do not look much different than before I went. I have had consistent numbness in different areas and have been to the doctor who have advised it is nerve damage which is likely to be permanent due to how aggressive they were. The point of vaser is that it is less aggressive.
I paid for an additional garment in a smaller size to go into after a few weeks, on returning to the UK, they had given me a garment of the SAME size, and refused to do anything about it so that was £80 just lost for nothing.

I funnily enough had a message recently asking me to send naked photos of my body to show them the results, to which I declined and said I did not feel comfortable especially as again I did not get the results I was promised. There has been no follow up just ‘thanks for your feedback’. I paid a lot of money only to look lumpy and scarred.

Simply, they do not care. Once they have your money you are nothing to them and they do not have the patients’ interest at the heart of what they do, only the interest of the size of their bank account.

I did this surgery to improve my confidence and mental health as I was hating the way I look and it affected everything I did and wore. 2 rounds of it later and I don't feel any better, in fact just worse as left with scars and nothing to feel good about, I am devastated.

From start to finish this was the best experience from arriving at the villa to the care given at both the hospital and the villa. I had never had any kind of surgery or operation before and I was made to feel so at ease and the help and care I received was second to none. Every nurse and every doctor was so attentive helpful and kind nothing was ever too much and it is clear that your well-being is of upmost importance to them. I can’t thank them enough. I know the level of care I received there I would never have received in the UK.
The surgeons listened to exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I would recommend to anyone considering surgery.

I had surgery with Dr. Ozgur Pilanci, he is a very good doctor, he give me the time to ask all the questions that i have in my mind, after that he answer it and explain to me everything, he is really amazing.
My experience in the hospital and in the villa was excellent, the staff in the villa, Mark and Mariem from the kitchen they are lovely and very helpfull they made me feel like at home also the manager name‘s Mariem was very nice with me, really thank you so much Comfortzone for this amazing experince. i will come back as soon as possible

One word i can describe my whole experience to from start to finish is Amazing. I took my time into researching and comfort zone was my choice. From me contacting them to the plane journey home the whole team couldn't do enough for me .
I went with my grandma for help and support, i had breast uplift with implant , full tummy tuck and 360 liposuction.
I was extremely nervous to say the least but was always reassured i was going to be ok . The hospital was so clean and professional, the staff were welcoming helpful and will try their very best to get past the language barrier as they try really hard to speak english and understand.
Everyone was always on hand to check on me , help me and support me.
The staff at comfort zone are amazing , the nurses are so hard working and actually care of your needs when your in discomfort, or if you think somethings wrong . They are always on hand and always a stone throw away from when you need them.
I could go on and on , i would just like to say thank you to you all , mark and memet especially you guys were awesome all of you were . The staff is a credit to the company and i will be definitely returning soon .

The surgery was a really scary experience never been put to sleep before, and as uncomfortable as it was the days after comfort zone could not do enough! Always knocking to check on me provided me with all my medication and really took good care of me taxis outside to take you anywhere you want to go which is arranged by the staff in the villa I just could not thank the staff enough you would NEVER receive this type of after care in the UK let me just clearly state this.

I had rhinoplasty with dr ozgur and I can’t recommend him enough. He was very reassuring, a perfectionist and very calming. I was really nervous prior to my surgery but he really put me at ease. Start to finish from being picked up at the airport to leaving for the airport my experience was great. All the staff at comfort zone are so helpful , kind and welcoming. Especially Nilay , she is incredible at her job.

I’ve had such an amazing experience, everyone at comfort zone has been so friendly and helpful from the very start right up til the end. My surgeon Dr.ozgur was so attentive, I felt he really listened to what I wanted but also gave his own professional advice on what would suit me which I really liked. All the staff in the villa and the hospital couldn’t do enough for you, it’s made this whole process so easy and enjoyable for me. This was my first procedure abroad. I chose comfort zone after a friend had recently travelled there and had received very good care.
After doing my research I was happy to go ahead.
From the co-ordinator advising me in the UK, to the staff, surgeon and facilities in Turkey, the quality of care and attention to detail has honestly blown all my expectations.
Dr. Ozgur Pilanci, a new addition to comfort zone, along with Dr. Atif Cezairlioglu performed my breast augementation (break uplift with implant 280cc). I met them before surgery, they took their time to chat to me to understand exactly what I wanted as I was worried I would look too big. He measured me, assessed and we agreed the type size of implant appropriate. He also took the time to ask me how I was feeling and assured me everything would be ok. I felt confident and assured.
Post surgery, all went well, really over the moon with my results. I stayed one night in hospital and the care was second to none.
Day four at the recovery villa, Dr. Ozgur visited me himself to check all was ok.

I came here from the U.K. to support a friend who was undergoing a breast uplift & implants. The surgeon, Dr Ozgur Pilanci, was wonderful and took time to ensure my friend was happy with the plan and understood everything.
Not only does her surgery look amazing the staff have been so friendly, professional and attentive checking up on her every few hours, even in the villa days after returning from hospital.
I will definitely be returning for surgery myself next year. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Dr.ozgur is such an experience surgeon! Definitely knows what his doing, trying to do what’s best for you body! Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Staff in comfortzone is looking after you so well, great food and support when you need it. Nillay the nurse ( probably spelled it wrong) is always helpful and very friendly. It’s my second time having a surgery done here definitely recommend, and definitely recommend the new surgeon.
