The experience was very enjoyable as the hospital team and the care team at the recovery villa were amazing. Always attentive and comforting with everything. This is my second operation, due to dislikes from first surgery. Much happier.

100% Trustable experience!! Because when we are from another Country it could be scary to travel far from home to get a surgery . But at the Villa its better than being at home 👌 if you need anything, everybody is taking care of you.
I had breast implant , and straight the day after I was fine ! Nothing to compare with Canada 🇨🇦 I definitely recommand Comfort Zone Surgery for anything you want to improve on your body that could make you feel better 🫶

This is my 3rd visit at the comfort zone villas, each time the staff and nurses have been very friendly and always ready to assist you with your needs, even ordering you takeaway 😁 They have always made me feel comfortable and are understanding and caring in the job they do.

I had breast uplift and reduction.
Was a very good experience from start to finish.
Nurses, villa staff and drivers were all extremely helpfull you never wanted for anything.
The villa is emaculate chilled area is nice and calming.
For my first surgery it was a great choice.
Hospital was great one stay and back to villa.
So good highly recommend.

6 days post op from lift and breast implant surgery by Dr M Atif, comfort zone. This is already the best decision I have ever made. They are exactly what I wished for and healing beautifully. The treatment I received from the villa staff, Marc, and all the nurses was to a very high standard, and I am a nurse myself. The hospital, Villa and even the cars they transfer you in were SPOTLESS. And the food was 5* in the villa. Room for improvement at the hospital but tbh I didn’t have much of an appetite after the surgery as I was sensitive to the GA. I travelled with my mother who was allowed to stay with me in the villa for free/included in surgery price. We shared a double bed in a large room, and had a shared bathroom with another patient however not once did we have any issues waiting to use the bathroom. You have your own key for the bedroom, so can lock when you’re out and full use of the lounge and garden areas surrounding the villa. The staff cannot do enough for you. Tea/coffee meals and cake on tap.
3 days post op, I asked if I could visit the shops and comfort zone arranged their own transport for myself and my mother to take us and pick us up when we needed free of charge.
The surgeon is a wizard. He was so dignified and patient during the consultation, and even though it’s quick (I attended many consultations back in UK so know what to expect) he delivered the results I had in my head BANG ON.
The ONLY point which I think some people would struggle with is the language barrier, however they are quick to pull out their phones to translate to at least try and communicate, and this issue was only with the drivers, and villa house keepers. The surgeon, and nurses English was of very high standard.
I done years of research on surgeons both back in the UK and Turkey, and I’m so glad I trusted comfort zone with my surgery. I will definitely be back in the future for another procedure. Thank you comfort zone for restoring my confidence in time for my wedding!!

Had such a lovely experience, the aftercare was unmatched. You felt looked after at all times , the food was great, the nurses well looked after you & even the taxi drivers were so polite and i am so happy with my results so far.

booked through Serene cosmetics /comfort zone in December I have just recently gone there for breast and uplift my experience there was terrible I was completely forgotten about when you go into the villa they forget about you they rush out the hospital .I have a infection due to poor stitches the wound had been opened the villa nurse had told me I’m allergic to the surgical tape but had still left it on due to my final follow up the next day 7am .when I had gone for my follow up I was not made at all priority due to y the fact they are too busy running around doing promotion with cameras for there high end insta following patients .I was sent back to the villa without no assistance .I was called back at 4pm to be admitted back to the hospital to be put on the drip for anti biotics im guessing it was due to them now having the time for patients that are not social media made .my flights was the next day they cancelled my flight told me I couldn’t go home due to having a open wound the care is absolutely disgusting it’s all about money and social media very sad tbh to this day I’m still at home home trying to recover my boob will scar to the point i feel like this was the worse procedure I’ve ever had im devastated I went to improve my body now I look like Frankenstein please please think about what your doing begotten doing such things please girls I had originally posted this and added serene cosmetics but they have reported me for apparently not going thur them but I did and comfort zone had reach out to me to complete my consultation I have numerous pictures and video evidence to back up my claims

I had a great service from the outset, picked up from the airport and taken to the villa, taken to the hospital the next day for my surgery (Rhinoplasty) and then taken back to the villa the day following my surgery. The after care was great and was made to feel like I was looked after. Thank you

The most professional and organised team beyond belief! On top of the most caring and beautiful people from drivers to nurses to professors! 11 out of ten! Tried and tested best there is would highly recommend for only selective decent individuals as fully booked always and definitely are far from requiring patients for procedures!!

1st ever time having surgery & I was so nervous! I had lipo 360 and additional areas - inner & outta thighs, chin and a lip lift. After having my little girl I just couldn’t get rid of my mum Tum. I couldn’t imagine having surgery with anyone else to be honest. The villa is soooo lovely, met some friends for life and the nurse / staff couldn’t do any more for you. Everyone was so lovely but I have to give my nurse a shout out - Nilay. She made me feel SO comfortable, we had such a big hug when I left. I couldn’t have done it without her, so kind. Thank you everyone at comfort zone, if I have any more surgery, I will not even contemplate going anywhere else! Love, Baby xx

I didn't book directly with comfort zone, so my opinion is based on my time in Turkey and the current aftercare I am receiving. Pre arrival a driver is allocated and will contact you to instruct you on collection in Istanbul, and from there things go smoothly. Our flight was delayed however on collection at the airport and throughout my time in Istanbul the transfers to and from the hospital airport etc were extremely comfortable and I felt safe. When you arrive you are greeted by the manager and informed of how things will proceed over the next few days and post op. I personally chose comfort zone as I have various close friends that had procedures here and were extremely happy. You do not meet your surgeon until OP Day so make sure you have any questions written down as your consultation will last no longer than 5 - 10 mins, the only thing I didn't do was show the surgeon photos as in the moment I forgot, but from my conversation with him he achieved what I was wanting. I had breast lift and implants and wanted a natural looking result. From meeting the surgeon, Dr Ozgur, I was very reassured and his professionalism stood out. Dr Ozgur works alongside Dr Atif and from my understanding one of them takes the lead surgeon on each individual case and the other assists and you will have both surgeons during the procedure. From being prepared for surgery and coming out of the operation I felt extremely safe and didn't experience any pain.I am very happy with my results and with how the visit with the surgeon went, after the operation and clearance check before I flew home. The only down side for me was that the nurses in the recovery villas did not speak very good English, this was unsettling especially when I have had any questions regarding aftercare, they also provide you with your medication post op and I struggled to fully understand instructions as nurses' English was basic. It was a lovely villa and was nice to be with other guests there for operations as you get to meet new people. Once arriving home I have had a few queries and not felt 100% satisfied with the nurses response and for this reason gone for a second opinion just for peace of mind, however this is my only negative comment as mentioned earlier due to the language barrier. Luckily in my case I am healing correctly, if this was not the case I would want better aftercare service provided via telephone consultations to be reassured. This is the only aspect I would say could be improved. All the staff in the recovery villa were lovely and the nurses in the hospital were very efficient, especially Mohamed.

Would definitely recommend it and will return in the future. Can't wait to see my healed results.

I had an amazing experience with comfort zone from start to finish, the accommodation is absolutely lush and the care from all staff and nurses is amazing I was helped with anything I needed. The food was delicious and so healthy, my surgery went amazing and I’m already so happy with my results, I’ve always been nervous about surgery but I was so relaxed through out. I will be coming back to comfort zone in 6 months time for a separate surgery, and would recommend them to anyone wanting to have surgery abroad.

I returned yesterday after spending 5 days with comfort zone and I am so pleased with my experience. Everyone was so helpful and they really looked after me. I had breast uplift with implants and everything is looking great , I also had vaser liposuction which I can’t yet comment on as I’m really bruised and swollen. The staff in the villa and hospital were lovely and really made me feel at ease which was great as I travelled alone.
