Could not fault anything about my experience, from arrival to the day I left. All staff were amazing and so helpful, I travelled alone for surgery and never once felt like I struggled or worried about anything. Food at the villa was amazing and fresh, villa was super clean and I was never left feeling like I needed to ask for anything. I’ve had surgery in the UK previously and comfortzone go above and beyond my UK experiences. Super happy

Booked here after seeing them advertised on Instagram. Booking was simple and they appeared knowledgeable. No deposit required just confirmation of flights, before I knew it I was on my way to Istanbul for surgery.
Collection from airport was easy, the driver friendly and all was going well.
Arrived quite late to villa and was seen to my room, it really wasn’t what I was expecting - dull, no windows, old scraggly towels and a shared bathroom however it did appear to be clean. Had to pay all of your money at the villa for your surgery before you’ve even met the surgeon and sign lots of documents agreeing to T’s and C’s to protect them.
Morning of surgery you are driven at 5am to the hospital, cannula in and more paperwork to sign.
Surgeon came in, completed his drawing however shrugged when I said what my expectations were and he said he’d do his best. Not exactly reassuring.
I was first down, they bring hospital bed in for you to get on, mine had blood on it so I asked for another but they just wiped it off with a wet tissue. At this point I was extremely anxious and was having what I thought was a panic attack on the way down, I said to staff down there I wanted more time to think and they don’t speak English in the operating theatre. I went to get up and felt a burning sensation in my arm, it was horrendous and then that was it. I woke up in a dark room shaking uncontrollably- begging the nurse ti help me but she just had her back to me and was typing on computer, stopped shaking around 30 minutes after, I had bitten through my tongue it was so bad. Back up on ward nurses were a lot kinder and looked after you.
Day after they put you all in a bus back to villa, everyone has drains and bus is full, drive is not pleasant, all bashing into each other, all in pain.
I felt so ill in the days after surgery, spending a lot of time in room. I was upstairs and could t manage the stairs, no one checks on you, no one brings you food. One of the other girls in villa had her mum with her so she stepped in to assist me and she brought me food and checked on me, assisted me to bathroom. I wasn’t expecting 24 hour care on hand but I was hoping for some compassion which they didn’t provide. Thank god for the other guests.
They did take me back to hospital a day early to be checked on but the surgeon just spoke to me and told me everything is normal - didn’t look at my wounds and no vitals taken.
I was happy to leave. Once home I have visited my GP and my wounds are not normal, I have infection and having wound care provided daily by the NHS. They tested the infection and it’s an infection Pseudomonas which is caused by unsanitary conditions. They didn’t care I was ill and in pain, they didn’t do any checks. Had I have been given antibiotics earlier I wouldn’t have an open wound which is likely going to leave a lot of scarring. Thankfully though, I won’t lose my implant so I won’t need further surgery.
I would never return here. They need to listen to their patients and provide the correct care. My boobs are ok at the moment but I would never do this again, I’d save and stay in U.K. where they have standards and duty of care.

I’ve had one of the best plastic surgery experiences here and I’ve done alot. Extremely professional and the most luxurious treatments you’ll ever get. I was shocked by the result of my bbl ONLY 6 days after the procedure which you have to wait at least 6 months to see. Highly recommended

I come from Essex, I am still here this is my 5th night at my stay. I had BBL, liposuction, mini tummy tuck and J plasma, I am amazed by my results already, i can’t wait until the swelling goes down as well as results will be even better, I have had surgery in the UK and Prague over the past few years and not been happy. I can already see a drastic change with my body 5th day in. the staff talk good English, my aftercare has been good, Dr Ali was my surgeon and my results are better then expected, I am not going to lie the first two days I was struggling even with pain relief with the surgery I had but the hospital staff made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. I went to the villa two days after op.
Back at the villa every few hours my pulse, oxygen and temperature was checked. The food is nice here, it is also clean and friendly. And they helped so much. What I would say is make sure you bring very comfortable clothes, anything loose as I can’t wear a bra even after surgery, bring your own corset\garment as well as you have a shower three/four days after surgery and I wanted a new one to feel cleaner and was charged £80. They washed my old one ready to take home. Thank you to Marc for helping the organiser, to Muhammad the nurse as well

It’s a real stressful moment so it’s so good and feels so good to be welcomed just perfectly! We feel réconfort it’s really what everyone needs before doing surgery.

Everything went so well from the pick up at the airport till the drop off.

About the Docter he is just so PROFESSIONAL, AMAZING Docter.
He came check 2 times before letting me go back to the Villa then before taking the flight I went again to the hospital for final check up.
So 3 times the Docter checked me, it’s just amazing!

I did an operation liposuction same as I did this year last year in Tunesia and it was just horrible compared to Comfortzone!

I wish I knew comfortzone sooner, I would have gone do my first time also the Docter is so in details he really cares about his patient.
He is so minimise in his work he doesn’t make big scars so nobody can see that you have done surgery!

Just because of the service and everhting that went so well I feel like going again haha

Myself and my sister in law came for breast surgery a few months ago, we met with the owners he was lovely and very welcoming all the staff at comfort zone was very accommodating, villa was clean and beautiful, hospital was lovely it was my first ever surgery and I’m extremely happy with the results, the after care was fantastic to I definitely recommend comfort zone and can not wait to go back

From the moment I arrived into Istanbul airport everything has been a breeze, so professional and thorough, from the drivers, the hospital and the recovery villa more so, absolutely on hand for your every need, I’m over the moon with my surgery so far Dr Ali was amazing with what he has achieved for me and my confidence I could not thank him enough for changing my life, I would highly recommend comfort zone, absolutely outstanding not one single thing I could fault at all.

I went to comfort zone for breast implants + uplift a week ago and I am more than satisfied and glad I chose them before any other company.

It all started with my coordinator in Whatsapp, he was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I got picked up from the airport by a driver and taken to the villa. Marc, the supervisor welcomed us and showed us the villa and our room. On the day of my treatment I got picked up at 5 am to the hospital. The hospital was very clean and the staff was very kind and caring. My only con is the hospital food. I didn't like it at all but oh well, guess every hospital is the same. My surgeon was Dr. Atif Cezairlioglu. He wasn't a man of many words and the time you got to spend with your surgeon is about 5-10 min in total, so make sure you prepare all of your questions. He did an amazing job and I love my new boobies. Next day they took me back to the villa. The nurse was already waiting for me, they constantly checked up on me to make sure everything was okay or if i needed anything. The villa was a bit loud since the walls are thin, but my overall experience there was perfect. Also the ladies in the kitchen are very kind and you can ask them for anything.

Thank you comfort zone, for an amazing experience. It was my first time and I was really nervous to come to Turkey as I read a lot of mixed opinions and reviews.

I am not a celebrity not an influencer in fact I am 40 year old normalish mum of 2 boys! I wouldn’t know how to influence if I tried lol!
I would like to give my raw opinion on My comfort zone surgery experience as I think everyone coming here should know what a great experience you really can have here! I was so apprehensive about coming here as I too heard lots of different views, but I had already spoken to a few people who had come and had some advice which was great as made me feel a little at ease! Before I came I was in contact with them and the driver who was going to collect me and my partner from the airport sent pictures of himself and we did the same and explained exactly where we were to meet and this was perfect. We had a 7 seater big and spacious. We arrived at the Villa by the lovely Marc who welcomed us and settled us into our room set us up with Wi-Fi gave us all the WhatsApp numbers we needed whilst we stayed here! We even had dinner prepared for us and met all the other guests staying some had already had surgery and was a great opportunity to discuss their experience and get advice! Then it was lights out get some sleep before the big day as they confirmed I will be collected at 5 am for my journey to the hospital!
Surgery Day Well what an amazing hospital so clean and the staff lovely I was shown to my en-suite room and settled in The lovely nurse came in and made Sam up a bed on the sofa pillows and sheets as sofas go he said it was alright I was just glad he was allowed to stay with me all night! My Surgeon Dr Atifcezairlioglu came in and spent some time with me marking out and answering all my questions Before I knew it I was off for surgery and back again recovering, I didn’t get much sleep that night but that was only due to the dogs barking and having the window open all night with the busy street below! I kind of expected that after just coming out of surgery anyway too! Hospital Food Well Take a protein bar as it's not the best.

Once they were happy with my recovery a car came to collect me to take me back to the villa where I was greeted again by the lovely house staff and settled back into my room! They were so attentive and asked constantly to me and My Guest if we wanted tea or coffee or anything to eat! If we wanted our bed made or changed the sheets all we did was ask them and they came in and freshened the room up! The Nurses wow Nelli & Gize are so caring and one of them was always around when I needed help with something or was worried about anything they reassured me. I had some wonderful lymphatic massages from Gize and she really made me feel at ease during my stay!
It was now time to say goodbye to my surgery friends and say thank you for such an amazing experience as surgery goes! If I was to have something done again I would definitely come back here and 100% recommend Comfort Zone to any of my friends or family that was considering Surgery!

My review is my personal experience and a true reflection on my treatment.
From the start the staff at the villa have been incredible. The villa is spotless and the rooms are a good size and comfy. The food is lovelyand I heard of no complaints while there. I had toasties, salads etc, and it was never any issue when I asked for different food. Ps. Omelette was beautiful.

My surgeon was Asif, he’s brilliant!! Straight away he Identified that I have had a botched scar from a tummy tuck op ( Uk), he offered to fix it while I went in for 360 lipo!! The results are amazing and hopefully will only get better.
Please note the staff work very long hours at the hospital, and are so loving and caring, always going above and beyond.
The hospital is immaculate and very modern. Truthfully, food is not the best, but edible. Big shout out to Mohammed and Ezra.

Had a lovely time with the other residents in the villas. They are all their to support each other, and keep your spirits up.
I travelled by myself, and felt very safe and cared for.
Unfortunately we hear a lot of bad experiences from people going to Turkey, but I would highly recommend Serene x

I have been very conscious over my boobs for a very long time. They were very heavy, and very low from the minute they started growing.
I had a boob reduction and uplift, and when the surgeon seen My boobs ready to mark up and talk me through what he was going to do he outright told me it was riskier than other reductions as they were very big but I still felt comfortable.
My body has been changed completely. The results are better than I could of every imagined.
The quality of care was second to none, both in the hospital and the villa. I have never recieved before and aftercare like I did at that hospital, incelredible Dr's and Nurses.
The villa staff were amazing from start to finish, giving you everything you wanted and needed with in minutes of asking for it.
One of the staff members in the villa overheard me saying I really wanted some chocolate whilst she cleared the table, and she gave me her phone to order from a super market😂.

My one and only downfall on this place is the bedrooms. I understand they have VIP guests, and celebrities.. but they pay the same for there cosmetic surgery, if not less for promotion, as a normal person.. but there rooms are 3 sizes bigger, with there own bathroom.
Equality.
Although the room being small, and literally a bed and a wardrobe.. it was very comfy and clean.

After thinking about if for years and doing a lot of research on where to go for my breast uplift, I was recommended by a friend to go here as her boob job was done amazing and she couldn’t recommend the place enough. I booked with comfort zone and I am so so happy with my results! The work dr atifcezairlioglu has done is absolutely amazing I can’t believe how much he’s changed my body. He knew exactly what I wanted and told me what was best to suit my body type. He reconstructed my boobs and the scaring and healing is very minimal, very neat and can hardly see marking! The villa is beautiful and the aftercare/nurses are always on top of everything! Constantly checked up on me to make sure everything was okay or if i needed anything. My whole experience was amazing and I would highly recommend it for anyone that’s thinking of breast surgery.

I have been thinking of getting a breast uplift for a while now since loosing weight but have always been worried of the outcome and the healing after a bit of research and recommendations from friends and clients I decided to book in with comfort zone Istanbul. I could not be happier from start to finish how easy the whole process has been from consultation to landing in Istanbul to operation and aftercare every single thing for the past 5 days has been beyond what I expected. My surgeon DR ATIF CEZAIRLIOGLU has done an amazing job literally reconstructed my breasts he had a challenge on his hands to say the least the villa staff and nurses are there 24/7 for everything you need even if it’s a cup of tea they will go and do anything for you I was worried about staying in the villa for 5 days but the after care and genuine care of all involved has been worth it I’m so glad I chose these at a fraction of the price in the UK and with excess care it was worth every penny . I cannot recommend comfort zone enough! They have been fantastic from start to finish. The hospital and the nurses were fantastic. My surgeon Dr Atif was brilliant and I am so happy with my results so far. The villa was clean with everything you could possibly need. The nursing staff are excellent, Marc the coordinator is so helpful and the ladies that help with food and drinks are angels and always happy to help. My experience here has been amazing, the service, the food, the people and everything else was exceptional, I couldn’t have asked for anymore! I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting any cosmetic surgery, don’t regret any decision I’ve made and an absolutely amazed by my results.

I felt very looked after my entire visit & everyone was friendly & professional. When I arrived we were collected by the driver I had expected & I was put on the phone with the manager at the villa to let us know we were being taken there. When we arrived at the villa, staff showed us our room, connected our phones to the Internet & showed us around before I met with the manager. It was exactly as I had seen online. We were given food & drinks & told what time we would be picked up next day to go to the hospital. At the hospital I had my tests, met my surgeon & discussed my expectations. My surgeon & the staff put me at ease. While I was having my surgery, my companion was given food & drink, & even had a bed to stay overnight with me. We were checked on & looked after the whole time. Download stuff to watch at the hospital as I could only find news channels & sport though. The following day we returned to the villa with a bag of medications where nurses were on hand 24hrs. Meds were explained, info given to aid recovery, extra pillows, cleaning your room, healthy food & drink provided. Even specialised massages were provided to help with recovery. Staff helped with anything, including if you wanted to order food or snacks in. If you felt well enough to go out they sorted out transport. Nothing ever felt that it was too much trouble. There were 3 meals a day, hot & cold drinks, & freshly made cake, biscuits & pastries or various fresh fruit. Every day I had a check up at the villa. The day before I was due to fly home I was taken back to the hospital for my check up with my surgeon & my fit to fly. I was always kept up to date on what would be happening & when. I can't thank my surgeon enough for my neat scars & making me feel great & all the villa staff for helping with my recovery.

Coming back second time to comfortzone and we see improvement from the last time.
Last time was good but this time even better. Doctors looks better and they more look after you. Aftercare also are really good . Definitely if need something coming back.

My experience at comfort zone was very good, the staff at the villa were amazing they couldn’t do enough for you, the food was different everyday and very nice! The nurses were always here to give advice whenever you needed them and to reassure you that everything was okay. Overall I am really happy with my results so far and couldn’t fault comfort zone, I would definitely recommend!

Overall my experience was amazing since the first day I came got taken care of and my guest too !, the staff is very kind and always there if any help is needed. My surgery went really well doctor and nurses made sure all blood tests are done.

My operation went really great,in hospital I got taken care of and after hospital in Villa too.

I have enjoyed my stayed at Comfort zone and professionalism is 10/10 I could of not chose better place to have my surgery at !
