Absolutely A1 service from star to finish. The welcome to Comfort Zone was simply welcoming!! The surgery from start to finish was exemplary, clean, well delivered and managed. Thank you Dr Ali Riza Yildirim, you done a great work. The Comfort Zone team at the Villa were and are brilliant. The team ensured all my needs and wants were met. I highly recommend the Comfort Zone experience to anyone wanting/getting breast implants. Again a big thank you to the Comfort Zone team .

I had 360 lipo and inner tights lipo at the beginning of the July.
Staff at the hospital and villa were amazing. Couldn’t fault it!!! They were looking after me very well.
Unfortunately, a few weeks after the surgery I’m not so satisfied with results.
After seeing so many amazing results on social media before and after I thought I was going to the best surgeon. Sadly not.
I didn’t have a proper consultation. Also 360 lipo meant to include the love handles area ( which every women hates) they left it. Also the bra area, could be better. It wasn’t treated as I expected. Still loads of fat in this area, again sadly. I guess I will spend loads of money on fat dissolving now 😒😔. Also I was promised a free Plasma treatment with my surgery but I don’t think that happened either. Again competing my pics with other patients.
So so experience after all…. I guess don’t believe at everything what you see on social…

Die Leute die diese Klinik haten wissen anscheinend nicht was Qualität ist. Von Anfang an sind alle freundlich! Wenn man was braucht Sind sie sofort da. Das Essen war gut, aber Geschmäcker sind verschieden. In der Klinik waren auch alle mega lieb und waren immer sofort da sobald ich geklingelt hatte. Ich musste anstatt 1 Nacht, 2 Nächte in der Klinik bleiben auf Empfehlung der Ärzte da ich einen größeren Eingriff hatte. Aber da diese Klinik gefühlt ein Hotelzimmer ist und kein Klinik Gefühl gibt, war es noch einfacher dort zu sein. ☺️ Die Villa ist auch rund um perfekt und man trifft super liebe Mädels! Ich bin so froh euch alle kennengelernt zu haben. Vielen Dank für alles und bis bald 💕❤️

The people who hate this clinic obviously don't know what quality is. From the start everyone is friendly! If you need anything they are there immediately. The food was good, but tastes are varied. Everyone in the clinic was super nice and were always there as soon as I rang the bell. I had to stay in the clinic for 2 nights instead of 1 night on the recommendation of the doctors because I had a major surgery. But since this clinic felt like a hotel room and didn't feel like a clinic, it was even easier to be there. ☺️ The villa is also perfect all around and you meet super lovely girls! I'm so glad to have met you all. Thank you for everything and see you soon 💕❤️

O M G I cannot recommend Comfort zone enough!
I had a Brest uplift with implants I had my surgery on the day spent the night in the hospital, following morning I had my drains removed and by 11 o’clock was taken to the comfort zone Villa.
Had my own room with bathroom had nurses around the clock people making food for you the staff were just absolutely amazing we had a supervisor named Abdulla the best guy ever!! He help with translation, He also organise drivers to take us out of the villa to Have my hair done. Also organised lashes for some of the girls he was just such a top guy!
My pain from having surgery was a 6/10 day 2&3 for me were the worst. If you’re sitting on the fence with these guys ….. DONT! Go right ahead and book with comfort zone Turkey 🇹🇷 was very looked after :)

Unbelievable care from the staff throughout my stay. From my transfer from airport to all the staff at the villa who made my whole experience feel like a holiday. Dr Atif was very thorough & did an amazing job. Litrally couldn’t be happier with my results from my rhinoplasty. Thank you comfort zone. Highly recommend anyone wanting surgery & Also allows family or loved ones to stay with you throughout to make you feel more at home in the villas 💙

Do not go here! I had a nose job and lipo and both the surgery’s went wrong! When I got back to the UK I was getting no respond from them about my botched surgery. My nose clasped and I can’t breathe through it and my lipo incisions got infected. Also my stomach is all bumpy as they haven’t taken the fat out properly! They are now ignoring me and refusing me a refunding! I am not on the NhS waiting list to get both my nose and stomach corrected ! DO NOT GO HERE!!

THE REPLY IS NOT CORRECT! I was told to wait 12 months for my nose to “settle” yes but even a nose, ear and throat specialist and an NHS doctor confirmed there is no way I could be left with my nose the way it is for 12 months as it has completely collapsed from the inside, blocking my airway. I can only breath through my mouth. Also I had 2 professionals doing lymphatic massages on the stomach to try get the lumps out and they both advised me there’s nothing more they can do for me as the lumps are scar tissue where the surgeon has taken the fat out incorrectly and left fat in parts of my stomach leaving it uneven!

ALSO THE MANAGER KEPT IGNORING ME WEEKS UNTIL I THREATENED THEM WITH TAKING THEM TO TURKEYS CIVIL COURTS. In which there response was to wait 12 months with a clasped nose, they will not issue no refund but will attempt to do it again!

Been thinking of having surgery for years and was the best decision i made. I research so many places but didn't feel comfortable and was recommended to come to comfortzone so glad i made the right decision. I followed there page for over a year and their results are just perfect.

From start to finish, my experience was unreal, amazing, comfortable, staff was brilliant and always there for me in need. They look after you so much.
The drivers for the company are so friendly and will take you anywhere, always on time with appointments to and from hospital.
The manager of the company is nice, she goes through everything with you on arrival, explain all procedures from start to finish. Any questions she is happy to help.

The hospital is so clean and the staff are lovely, very welcoming, can not do enough for you always checking in on you before and after surgery. Pain relief is always on time, checking your body over to make sure everything is good. Helping you in and out of bed, going for walks with their help. Couldn't thank them enough you have made my experience even better.
The surgeon thats did my surgery was very understanding and helpful towards me understanding the surgery that he was doing on me with the best results. He did an perfect transformation on me and i couldn't be happier. It's made me a new person and able to wear clothes i couldn't before. I feel like a mew woman. After my surgery, he comes to check on you and makes sure everything is ok.

The aftercare at the villa was amazing again did everything they could for you. The food was beautiful , and you was well looked after. The villa is such a lovely place to get plenty of rest and so chilled. The nurse at the villa are brilliant.
Any advice i have needed back in the uk i have just messaged them to ask and they have got back to me straight away with help on what to do.

Anyone who is thinking of having surgery i would 100% tell them to go here. I have told everyone about my experience and made so many people interested in coming here.
Its been 5weeks since having my surgery and i feel great. My healing has gone great and i love my new body. So thank you all so much xx

My experience at Comfort Zone has been fantastic.
I had a fully Tummy Tuck and Liposuction.

My flight over was delayed but I kept in constant contact to keep them updated and the driver was waiting for me as agreed. He was really sweet.
On arrival to the villa (bear in mind this was later than planned because of the flight delay) I was greeted by the supervisor (Marc) and shown around and given keys to my room. At this point I was advised to lock the door and keep the key on my person if I left the room.

Shortly after I was taken to the office and we spoke about my procedure, if I had questions etc.
I read and filled in all the paperwork and signed all of the documents and paid for my trip.

Afterwards I was able to have something to eat, shower and I went to bed.
The next morning I was taken to the hospital at the agreed time.

I was taken from the car to the ward and signed more paperwork, had my bloods taken and a cannula inserted. Then waited for the surgeon to come and see me.
The surgeon arrived we had a little discussion and he began his drawing on me, and then I was promptly taken down the theatre.

Upon arrival back to my room I was freezing cold and had the shakes, which is completely normal for anyone returning from theatre.
On the ward I was checked on regularly, asked if I needed help with anything and shown how to use a breathing apparatus for exercising my lungs. The lovely staff helped me to get up and mobilise.

I spent 2 nights in the hospital, the care was amazing and I am really grateful for the hospital bed as it aided my restful sleep.

Once I arrived back at the villa, I was checked on by the nurses. I was advised about my medication, when I would be having my drains out, when I’d be having massage etc.

The other visitors to the villa were all so lovely and friendly and I stayed in the communal areas as much as I could between resting back in my room.

Water is on hand in small cartons everywhere and nothing was too big a job for the ladies in the kitchen. Ask and they will provide you with whatever you’d like to eat or drink.
They have set times for meals but will always prepare you something if you ask.

I had a bottom floor room with my own personal bathroom which was fully clean on arrival and cleaned each day. The ladies did clean my bathroom each day, but not my room. They only clean your room if asked to.

The food was satisfactory, it’s all based around aiding your healing. Some days I was happy with the offerings and other days I wasn’t keen. I was helped to place an order (with something similar to Uber eats) by Abdullah, who is just so lovely and helpful.

The nurses are on hand for anything you need and do a great job of helping you. Gizem gives the best massages 🥰

Drivers are on hand to take you out of the villa should you wish. I visited a local salon twice (for hair and nails) and made sure I tipped my driver well.

Overall my experience at Comfort Zone has been great. I’ve used the time I had in the villa to put a massive effort into recovering knowing full well if I had this surgery at home, I probably would not have recovered so well with the stresses of kids and running a household and recovering from major surgery.

Would I recommend Comfort Zone in the future? Without a shadow of a doubt, a million percent YES!

Best decision I have made to have my breast implants with comfort zone! Everyone is so lovely and caring , from transfer, villa staff and hospital staff! No waiting around everything is so efficient! Food and drinks straight away as soon as you ask, and nurse on hand to help with anything ! Couldn’t thank them enough! Felt so comfortable my whole time here! Definitely coming back again for my nose in the future!

I have just returned from Comfortzone. I travelled on my own, and not one point did I feel alone.. My experience was amazing from start to finish, I felt like so much organisation and care was put in from all of the team from airport pick up right through to airport drop off. I had breast uplift and implants with Dr Atif, I am so happy with my results. The staff at the hospital and the villa were so attentive, the food was amazing. I was very sad leaving the villa, I have met some amazing people including the staff and the guests. A special shout out to Marc and Abdullah for making my experience and recovery so pleasant and fun. I cannot wait to return next year! Thank you to everyone at Comfortzone for taking such great care of me.

Words cannot express how amazing my entire experience was! Thank you to My Surgeon Dr. Ozgur Pilanci! He has hands of magic, not only the best surgeon but a true artist. The process from booking to returning home was easy and seamless. Thank you to all of the staff! Thank you to Cinar my coordinator, thank you to my nurses. The treatment and care I was given was phenomenal! I am a Registered Nurse in the United States and I can honestly say the Nursing and medical care I received here was top notch! A special thank you to Meriam Gallala who was there throughout the whole process and oversaw everything. A beautiful and amazing take charge woman that exemplifies what comfort zone is about. I was treated like a queen. They made me feel like royalty my entire stay. The care and service at the beautiful villa was fantastic from the amazing food to the service! Thank you Comfort Zone!!! I can not wait to return in July!!!!!

All of the staff at the villa and the hospital made me feel so at ease, couldn’t do anymore to help me. The food was really nice, overall I was very happy with my experience. All the girls in the villa were lovely also

I am so please with my experience at Comfort zone, my doctor my nurses my aftercares my villa the staff and nurse in the villa made me feel like I was at home. The comfort and treatment I received is beyond measures. I am please with my surgery . Abdullah and Mehmet made sure that I was always comfortable the nurses and staff thank you so much a million words cannot express my gratitude. I just want to say a big thank you to my surgeon dr Atif and nurses Mohammed AZra Helena I can’t believe the care was amazing and they check up on you all the time soo help full staff at the hospital I just can’t thank them enough how they made me feel
Before I came I was so nervous I have had surgery in the past in uk was ok but never got treated this good and handle with care ❤️❤️❤️

I was scared at first, the staff was absolutely amazing, friendly,food also incredible. The surgery went very well, my doctor took care of me and make me confident again. Thank you Comfort Zone 🫶🏻

I went as a plus one with my friend but I can not praise this place enough, the staff absolutely doted on you, they were friendly, rooms and villa were clean, food was amazing, Abdullah and Marc and all nurse staff were exceptional - professional but also helpful! The hospital was amazing, clean, helpful, friendly, caring - they treated you like a person not a number even I felt special and I had no surgery done. You also meet other people at the villa who are lovely and from all around the world so you feel lucky to meet and speak with them about their experience too!

So I’m currently here still at comfort zone and this is my first experience of surgery, from all the hundreds of questions I had to arriving they always got back to me quite promptly. The amount of contact from the team while in the uk before leaving was so reassuring. Once at the villa I was extremely nervous but the staff were so reassuring and kind, we were taken to our room but due to the amount of surgery I was nervous and asked if there was a room with separate beds and was moved straight away nothing has been to much trouble.

When filling out the paperwork I was given time to read every page to make sure I was completely aware of what I was signing.

5am time to leave for the hospital again staff were so attentive I arrived and my nerves got the better of me and I was a little unwell but the nurses were incredible I cannot thank them enough most of them have good understanding of English so I was able to make my feelings and worries heard and they always spent time with me I haven’t been rushed.

The surgeon atif well what can I say he literally has given me everything I wanted I have already seen him 3 times since being here and due to go back to the hospital again this morning for another check up.

The pain was quite intense but every time I buzzed for help they were in my room in minutes with pain killers and regular antibiotics to prevent infections I struggled to manoeuvre my self the first couple of days and the hospital staff were always on hand to help me get into a more comfortable position.

Back at the villa I was greated with 3 members of staff to help me to my room i honesty have had the best service I could of asked for I will miss everyone when I leave nothing is too much for anyone.

The food in the villa is amazing and to top that they will get you snacks on request or even help you to order in food if your a fussy eater.

I am extremely happy with the way i have been treated and made to feel I would recommend comfort zone to anyone that’s looking for surgery.

I’m home and recovering well, I wanted to add post surgery, the villa team were incredible abdullah was so helpful from arranging cars so I could get to the shops or even explaining all about how to get help from the airport staff and also just a lovely friendly face when I was in pain thank you so much.

My nurse wow what can I say the care I was given was incredible, my bloody pressure was low so being super dizzy was a regular for me even when I almost fainted in the bathroom he was there straight away to help me. You guys are just so lovely you made my experience the best I could have hoped for.

Since returning home I have received a message from the team wishing me well and hoping I had a safe journey home. Also I’ve had a few questions and messaged the nurses and they responded quickly to help ease my worries. I’m almost 3 weeks post op and still so impressed with my experience from comfort zone and would recommend highly. Before during and aftercare have been 10/10 for me

I have no faults from my experience. I travelled alone and all the staff were amazing and so helpful. The villa itself is beautiful and very clean, the food was amazing and staff also didn’t mind making snacks throughout the day. Marc & Abdullah, the supervisors at the villa, were always making sure I was ok and didn’t need anything and the nurses were also very kind.

Had a really good experience, the staff at hospital and villa are all amazing and so helpful and warm. Would definitely recommend.
