Awesome customer service, good delivery!

It was a wonderful experience. I called to check if our item was in stock and whether shipping was included to our post code. Our item safely delivered and assembled within a week with no hassles. They even called an hour earlier to give us a window of time that they would arrive. Very happy with my item and service

It is the most beautiful and vivid yellow I have ever seen in a couch. The delivery guys brought it up three flights of stairs and assembled it. It was just as we saw on their website. I would recommend Confyco Furniture and their products to everyone, they delivered it on the day they promised.

All is in description - bad, unacceptable, rude and fraudulent - the worst company I've ever dealt with.

Very low quality. Black fabric in the back. Uneven legs, tilted sides.

I recently ordered a cloud plush queen mattress and delivery was great but it was when the delivery men leave that I realized I had gotten a firm mattress instead of the plush I ordered. The mattress overall was very beautiful and comfortable, but I would be even more satisfied and given a 5 star if I had gotten what I ordered

I've purchased through Comfyco twice over the past couple years. My experience was great both times. They have the fastest email responses.

I ordered a dining set and couch this time, and there was an issue with the couch because the manufacturer didn't keep the initial date promised, but Comfyco was really flexible and helpful in dealing with the delay. They delivered my dining set first all the way to PA.

Also, they set up the furniture for you. They are very gentle and careful with your house/walls and the furniture pieces. You can barely hear them put it together. I'd order again if I needed anything!

Pathetic experience, beware of buying anything from this site. Save yourself from future disappointment, it's run by just one person so you can't even escalate your concern with anyone. You can't return the item when if you don't like what's delivered. If you cancel your order even before it gets delivered, he will charge you 20% in the name of restocking fee, which is crap. He wants to make 20% profit even from the canceled orders. Takes forever to ship your item, save yourself from getting disappointed.

Fantastic service and best price I could find by hundreds of dollars. Orderered on monday and was set up in my club basement by friday at no extra charge and free shipping. I highly recommend Comfy Co and will use again.

I am very pleased with my purchase and the service provided. I was nervous to order a bed after only seeing pictures online, but it looks even better in person. I'd been looking for a velvet upholstered bed like this for a few months now, and this was the best deal available. I am very glad I finally pulled the trigger with this one. I really couldn't be happier. There wasn't much flexibility with the coordination of the delivery, but since it was free, I can't really complain too much.

My order didn't take long to come and they saved me the hassle of having to put everything together. Will order from here again.

They have a good selection and very good prices but it comes with a cost- I ordered the couch a week ago. They charged my account but I still haven't heard from them when they are delivering it. They have just been giving vague responses when I call. There is no way to plan your schedule around them coming.

We've just bought the Gray Soho Sofa and Loveseat and love them from the color to the comfortability especially the adjustable headrest. We truly enjoyed the shopping experience at Comfy Co Furniture, communication and service is excellent!

Quality of product was good and as advertised. Fast delivery too. Delivery men left a little too much miscellaneous debris but did a good fast assembly job overall.

Very good company. Sofa bed came well packed. This is my second Istikbal sofa bed. This sofa bed is very very comfortable. Delivery was relatively fast and those who delivered the sofa bed were very helpful. I think I will keep shopping at Comfyco Furniture doe a long time.

I enjoyed a very smooth, easy transaction. I even received the sofa much sooner than anticipated...it was on a two week backorder! The sofa is a gorgeous shade of red leather. Looks and feels much more expensive than what it cost me! I am very pleased with this seller and this product!!
