My bed came quickly and the guys set it up amd finished in no less than 15 mins. The only thing i hated was rhe fact that they left the box the bed came with outside my house instead of taking it like most companies would. Almost got me a ticket from sanitation

The delivery was on time and the assembly is also done.

Ordering was easy, but then I got Nasty emails back to me from one of their salesmen about what a hassle it was to deliver it to me. I live about 30 miles from Washington DC, which they say they deliver to every week. He then suggested I might want to just cancel my order. You call that customer service? He also told me they would
DEFINITELY not be delivering my order to me this week. He must have finally been overruled, since my order was finally delivered this week. The furniture I received was exactly what I was looking for as far as quality and style!

I purchased the Dining set on March 20th after a few emails with ComfyCo confirming my address, contact information and setting delivery time the product was delivered on March 25. The guys called when they were about 60 minutes away. Everything went smoothly. If I need anymore furniture I will check out this site first!

We normally get furniture from Ikea but the furniture here is better quality and cheaper than Ikea.

I have gotten the table. It matches our home perfectly.

I ordered bedroom set for online. Honestly it was my first time when I ordered furniture online and I'm very glad I did. Price is much cheaper than in store and anyway they offered me to look in their store catolog only. Delivery was on time within few days and assembly took about 2 hours. Everything was done accurately and clean. Thank you!

Above and beyond to help me with my situation! I live in Canada, ordered a couch to NJ to be picked up to be sent to Belize! They honored my time constraints, answered all my questions very quickly to make this all work, and they were very reasonably priced!

I ordered a sectional couch - it was literally the cheapest material I've ever seen in my life. Just a cheap foam piece inside the couch cover. The description clearly states that it is made entirely of high density foam and no coils but this is not the case as there were cheap metal coils inside the foam and the couch was rock hard (false advertisement). I immediately called their customer service and like all of the reviewers mentioned, the owner answered was beyond rude. Instead of listening to the issue he sat on the phone arguing with me. It's really evident that they lack customer service and they are scammers. Once they sell you a product there is no turning back. BEWARE - do not order from this site. You will receive a horrible cheap product. Not worth your money or time!

I just received my couch from Comfyco store. Could not be happier.

I have ordered very nice looking sofa-sleeper on line, on Friday . I had tried similar sofa at my friends house before. The sofa provides firm support and comfort to the whole body for appropriate rest and it has European design style. The sofa arrived next Friday without any delays, even though I live in Massachusetts. By the way, the sofa delivery and assemble was free of charge ! The delivery time of the day was also very good for us.The sofa got assembled on professional level as soon as it arrived! The whole process from ordering, communication with store sale and delivery deparments to delivery and final assemble was smooth and very professional!
After all, I would recommend to use the company for your future furniture purchases!

They have whole lot of furniture for everyone from home to office. The sofa bed was shipped within a week and i was informed ahead of time regarding delivery and installation of furniture. Installation was free of course. I recommend.
