Awful I placed my order on 3/10 and by the end of December still no order was sent and I contacted my bank to set up a dispute. Every time I emailed they kept delaying my items then they just simply stopped replying to me. I had ordered from them previously and was happy with the item however after my experience this time I would avoid at all cost. Do not waste your time ordering from this company as looking at previous reviews also no one is receiving there items.

Whilst I have experienced a considerable delay on 2 pieces ordered last month (due to the Royal Mail strikes), the contact and attention and monitoring from the company has been excellent and we have a plan to resolve this issue. I have ordered over the last few years, and their dresses are unique and beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend

I have bought from here twice before, both large orders. This time I ordered in August, and kept getting advised on delays or it's on its way and still nothing. Now given tracking number which doesn't come up.
I really like the clothes, but it's not worth wondering if I will receive the clothes in the same year or at all. I have had to dispute through PayPal before the windows expires. Very disappointing.

I used to love this company, and I am not sure what happened but had an awful experience this time. I ordered products in August, and they were still undelivered by December. Therefore, I launched an investigation with PayPal, and had my money refunded, although I am not sure if I got my delivery charge reimbursed. Be wary of ordering from this website.

Ordered in August. Partial order delivered which was returned in September. It's now December and haven't received a refund or the rest of the order.
Have emailed with no effect and eventually opened a Paypal dispute for at least partial refund for the returned item. (Edited 05/01/2023 PayPal dispute is now for a full refund as previous dispute had automatically closed)
This is absolutely THE worst company I have ever had the misfortune to have engaged with. It is a pity because the item I received, although didn't suit, was a beautiful dress but I could never recommend this company.

Had the best experience with Comino my dress is gorgeous and customer service was good as they mentioned its made to order i expected to wait. I would buy again!

I placed two orders in August for a total of six items. Three items arrived and weren't suitable so were returned as per the Comino Couture returns policy. It's now December and I'm still awaiting a refund on these. The other three items have never been received and despite numerous e-mails to enquire about the outstanding refund for returned items and requesting a refund for the items which have not been received I'm getting nowhere and no response. I'm hundreds of pounds out of pocket - please do not shop here.

I ordered a party dress three weeks ago from Comino couture. Since many items are made by order the dress didnot arrive by the time I expected, and I was traveling today 17 Dec to attend a family wedding and needed the dress. I contacted the customer sevices by emails informing them of my travel date and the urgency of the situation. Sarah Keable who is the owner of this great brand went extra mile to ensure that the dress reaches me before my flight. Sarah was worried that the next day mail delivery may not deliver the dress on time before I travel. She sent her husband to my house to deliver the dress. I cannot tell you how much I was impressed by this- I will definitely talk about this experience to all my friends and will continue to shop from Comino Couture London. Thank you very much Sarah

I had followed the Comino website for a long time before finally deciding to place an order.I genuinely do not know why I didn’t do so earlier. An electric blue dress was delivered that is absolutely stunning.

Following this I placed a further order for two more dresses which I had not realised these were pre orders initially but that wasn’t an issue. I queried my order at one point and the customer service was very exceptional. One dress was no longer available and so the lady immediately rectified and offered me a different option. Another one I was in love with and scheduled delivery in time for my event that I am wearing it for. Huge thanks as it was sorted immediately.

The clothes are incredible, I would simply recommend people recognise that some dresses very explicitly state pre order for certain months.

It took more than 8 months to receive my orders and last order takes 7 months till now didn’t receive it. I don’t recommend buying from them unless you want your order after 9 months or after one year. of course I didn’t order under R Sh name :D I can upload evidence and emails screenshots

Really disappointed with this business. Placed an order back in September and I'm yet to receive anything. They're claiming the warehouse is in lockdown and yet they're still advertising products to make sales but can't fulfill outstanding orders? I wouldn't recommend ordering from here unless you want to be out of pocket with no item to show for it

Worst experience I've had so far with online shopping! Refusing to give me a £120 refund following a pre-order!

After reading some of the reviews I was sceptical however just received my first order from comino and I'm blown away with the quality my dresses are insane also customer service were very kind and helpful keeping me in the loop as they are made to order.

I will be shopping again !

I ordered two items from Comino Couture, one dress was in stock so that arrived promptly, the other item was due to be dispatched in 14-25 days. I chased it up after this time, and was told it was dispatched and I should have it mid-September. When it still didn't arrive, I then got an email saying that due to a backlog the item hadn't even been made, and I could wait or get a refund. I asked for a refund as I needed the outfit for a specific date, and it wouldn't be ready in time.
Trying to get a refund was extremely frustrating. I sent numerous emails chasing it up, and was given excuses, basically saying accounts couldn't refund it, and there were problems with refunds through Shopify and PayPal - that was when I did get a response; towards the end I got no acknowledgement at all. I finally submitted a claim through PayPal, which was successful. No apology from this company at all, and I just think their level of service ended up being pretty awful.

The dresses are amazing and the fit is great. Absolutely love them.

I’ve always rated comino quite highly, I have purchased numerous dresses from them but I’ve recently been disappointed. I ordered a dress on the 4th may (pre-order) which said it would arrive June/ July. Then it changed to July/ august. I needed this item before the end of august so sent numerous emails and they said it was pre-order (which I knew) and explained it wouldn’t be here until august so I waited…and waited. They finally sent me an email to say it has been dispatched. 2 weeks and still hadn’t heard anything. By this point the whole reason for ordering the dress was for a 50th birthday and it didn’t come in time for that which was on the 20th august then it arrived on the 9th September. So I sent the item back which they received 24th September and I’m still waiting for my refund after numerous emails to say they were chasing it up. It’s just not good enough, I’m really disappointed. I ordered another pre-order dress in the middle of all this happening which stated November delivery but not holding out much hope that it will be delivered in time for Christmas (which is the reason I’ve bought it)
