Stay away. The company are speedy to respond to inquiries but then when they have to make a legitimate refund, apparently they are all sick and don't respond. First off, they took months to send me the pant set I ordered. When it finally arrived, very cheap quality, weird smell and missing parts of the outfit. When I asked to refund, they were happy to say yes. But it's been 4.5 months so far, I have chased them and apparently Sarah has been ill with a cold for the entire 4 months. The excuses are endless. I have not received my 200 pounds back. They are manipulative and not legitimate. Next, I will report the business.

Years ago this brand was fantastic, customer care and the products were one of the kind. Last year I've ordered a military jacket and a dress. Have been waiting for any details long months. For my several emails I got respond after 2 months. And they've ghosting me for another 6 months. Eventually I received a jacket, but it's quality was below any descency.It was made in China and you can tell it's nothing unique. I never got my dress. Never got a refund suggestion either. They simply stopped answering emails. Now, even when it's tempting, I would not order from that scams again.

I love this brand! I bought a couple of things second hand from vinted and recently bought a cardigan from the website. Communication was great throughout and I get so many compliments on the cardigan.

I love the inventory of things that are not in stores. The sale items are amazing and the ease of delivery and returns. This is my favourite go to!!

Excellent service, return, and refund policies. However, since I live abroad, it would be helpful if there was 24-hour phone customer service available.

I’m a loyal customer at Comino London . I’ve been shopping on this website for a long time and I’m very satisfied with the service. Never had any problems with the made per order delivery, also the packaging is very beautiful.

Lovely clothes, and although handmade arrived within 2 weeks. Really nice quality stuff. Will be buying again. Good customer service for returns.

Hey all, my second review for these guys as I placed a second order last week ❤️ just received today (it was an item in stock) these Comino dress are unbelievable, I brought one of their skater dresses, the beading on the front was simply unreal, fit and quality 👌AND I only spent £60!!! Bargain

Ordered dresses in April 2022 after months of back and forth of choosing different items they finally said in January 23 that they’d refund me as everything was magically out of stock after I’d picked it.

Sent me £20 of the refund instead of the full thing as a ‘mistake’ and then fobbed me off with promises of complimentary dresses after all the months of hassle I had. A full year later and funnily enough they never sent me anything.

Nice dresses but not worth it. At all.

i have ordered from this site many times, and the first 2 times i have ordered from here i have actually received it and the dresses were really beautiful but after the next 3 orders from here never arrived or it was taking far too long, I'm only being neutral with the rating is only because when i ask for a refund i do receive the full amount that i paid for back

Just received my gorgeous dress from Comino couture, have ordered on line from them previously but did it through DM on instagram this time. Was advised on what size to buy and kept updated on the status of my order, my messages were replied to very quickly and the service felt personal. My dress is beautiful and fabulous quality as always and was delivered quickly during the busy Christmas period. Will definitely order again and already have my eye on my next purchase.

Can’t thank them enough, bent over backward for me, my delivery came so fast, not to mention on my behalf the dress was a tad bit too big and were more than happy enough to refund me my money but loved the dress that much I kept it and getting it altered, lovely service and lovely women to talk too definitely recommend and will be ordering again 🥰

I had a great experience with this company which is why I have given a 5⭐ review. I dealt with a lovely member of staff called Sonia via Instagram chat. From start to finish she went out of her way to be helpful coming back immediately each time with the answer to my question. She was very informative re sizes etc which in turn made me confident to buy. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and my dress arrived when she said it would. It was beautiful and looked exactly like it did in the online picture.
It was nicely packaged in tissue paper and the original bag that you would got had you bought it in the shop, was also inside the outer box. I feel sad for this company with some of the awful reviews they have got they don't deserve them and I would like to encourage anyone thinking of buying not to be put off by them. I most definitely would buy again.

If only there was an option to give a zero star review. I Ordered a dress which had to be returned for next size up. This was sent back and 4 weeks later I had still not received the return after much contacting of ‘customer service team’. After waiting this long I then requested a refund which then took 3 separate emails and 4 weeks to be received back in my accounts. To add to this the customer service team took zero accountability for the fact I had over £100 of my money sitting in their account without my order for 8 weeks. Not to mention the reason they suggested it took so long for the item to come was because they were ‘made to order’ I found the exact item on ALIEXPRESS for £39 as opposed to the £125 they are charging on their website. Charging 3x the price you would expect a much higher level of customer service. If you value your money and don’t like being made feel like a total pest for something that you have paid hard earned money for avoid this company at all costs.
