Do not order from this company! I ordered something in May and still no sign. They made excuse after excuse, saying it’s delayed and will be delivered. It then got sent to the wrong address even though I put the right address on the confirmation. They then said they would give me a refund. This was 3 weeks ago!! I have emailed them to chase and no response!!

I’d give 0 if I could this company is nothing g but scammers, I order dresses in august of 2022 and that fill order was never fufilled, I was given credit and bought some more dresses 2 months ago and they never arrived after emailing to say I’d report them they immediately refunded me with no explanation. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS !!!

I am writing another review as I cannot reply to the response from Comino Couture below. Eight (8) months waiting for delivery, excuse after excuse (when they actually bother to reply). They have outlined below that Royal Mail have lost my delivery and they have issued me with a full refund, however a week has now passed.... NO REFUND!! and a considerable amount of money for two outfits!!!!

I can’t believe any of these poor reviews. I ordered for the first time and have had nothing but great customer service since. My order arrived in a very timely manner. My dress is so cute and looks exactly as pictured. I will definitely be shopping with them again! Don’t be fooled by any of those bad reviews!

I have ordered a dress 2 months ago. Apparently was on sale 50%. I have got the dress 3 weeks later, with no label, no dispatch note. The dress I have ordered was avertised as size UK 14-16, but on the label the dress was 2XL witch fits more like a UK 10. I am UK 12 în all my dresses. I have contacted them and asked if they can Excange for size up, if not, I wanted a Refund. They have advised me that all their dresses are made to order and they can deffinetly offer size up in Excange, promissing me that they will deliver the dress în 2 weeks time. After contacting them several times, they have sent the same size dress with the 2XL label, a month and half later. They are obviously ordering this cheap dresses în China, the fabric is cheap polyester not cotton broderie as described on their website. A complete Rip Off!! The sizing on the website doesn't correspond with the size on the label of the dress, so obviously this is not a made to order dress in the UK. They kept my money stuck for 2 months and if they won't refund me straight away I am taking them to the Small Claim court and I advise you guys to do so, because this company is a Scam.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I placed two orders back in March for dresses for a wedding. The website advised they would take up to 45 days to arrive. I emailed them in June to ask when to expect them and was told they'd never received my orders. They offered to cancel and refund the most expensive order and still send the dresses but I explained they wouldn't arrive in time so I needed a refund for both. They eventually refunded the cheaper order in July but have since refused to respond to numerous emails I have sent about the other refund. I have now had to make a claim with my credit card company so that I don't lose out on £160. Avoid at all costs. The customer service is non-existent and the only way to contact them is via email which they never respond to!

Replying to their baloney statement . This company is as twisted as the cheap fabric they portray as couture ! BOYCOTT THEM !!! Do yourself a favour and be a good company. It’s not rocket science . Fulfil to your customers and perhaps it’ll be positive reviews

Very bad experience! Comino couture, DONT ACCEPT ORDERS IF YOU CANNOT FULFILL THEM and don't do boosting and marketing internationally if you cannot manage a simple order,, worst customer service. I wish i have read the ratings before i ordered,,You have to have much free time to chase them and follow up with them and u never recieve your order or refund!! As I have sent several emails that I haven't received a refund and they never reply

I QUESTION ALL THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS AND BEFORE I KNOW THEY CANCEL MY ORDER. TO BE HONEST, I AM HAPPY I AM NOT DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. IT GOT PROVEN HOW MUCH OTHER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK WERE TRUE. This isn’t the first time that I’ve ordered from Comino Coutre, all previous orders have been delivered promptly and the products have been of excellent quality.

I can see that Comino Coutre has replied but I’m unable to comment so I’ll update here. There was never a question of the refund for the dress that is currently with Royal Mail as I’m well aware that it hasn’t been received. My review is around the attitude of customer services while chasing up my refund for the dress that wasn’t dispatched.

This time, however, I’ve been met with arrogant and disappointing responses from the customer service team while chasing up a refund.

I ordered 2 dresses on 16 May 2023, they were supposed to be delivered within 2-4 days. One of the dresses were delivered 26 May. I asked on 28 May to cancel the second dress via email, they advised that the dress had been sent to dispatch and that I’d have to return the dress when received.

No dress received.

Contacted again on June 1 via chat, where the advisor said she could cancel the second dress and process a refund.

Still no refund or no dress.

Contacted again on 13 June via chat to ask about the status of this order. The advisor was rather conceited stating refunds take 14 working days to process as per website, but accounts were processing the refund the next day for me.

Still no refund of dress.

Contacted via chat 21/6, no response initially until I informed them that I felt all avenues were extorted and the only way for me to receive my refund was by contacting trading standards. Abrasive comments received about ruining their company. Also received an email confirming refund.

These people are lying about tracking, they send 1 item and say the rest have been delivered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they will fob you off for months until you are too late to claim it back on your card. Clearly buying all their products on Aliexpress and re labelling at silly prices. Don’t be fooled, you can kiss goodbye to your money… trading standards have been informed!!!

Order 49930 - Order placed March 11th.

Emailed April 7th for an update to be told that they make the dresses to order and mine should be shipped the following week.

Emailed April 12th to get an update and was told the fabric is held up at customs and there will be another 2 week delay.

Emailed May 2nd, May 10th and May 23rd to get updated - Radio Silence.

Emailed June 9th - Radio silence.

Very bad service and ethics from a company. I’m not surprised by reading the other reviews how bad people are being treated and money just taken from them. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this company.

Sent back my order by Royal Mail tracking and have proof this parcel was received by the company and still no refund, this order was done back in April!
Have sent a total of 3 emails to them asking where my refund is and had no reply at all, funny that they replied to me straight away when I originally asked to return the items and sent me their address.
After reading previous reviews I wish I had never ordered off them,
I will be taking further action if no refund is given.

ORDER NUMBER 49953 you eventually replied to my numerous emails on the 19th June to say my refund has been done and to wait up to 10 working days and still nothing!

05/07/2023 Finally received my refund

This company is terrible I have had to write a letter from my lawyer because I am still waiting for a refund from November for a dress that I never received.

The dresses are beautiful and I was so excited to order for royal ascot. After chasing for confirmation I did recieve my order however I do not think the outfits are true to size. I am currently a size M which I ordered and does not fit at all. These dresses are not made for a real womens body....

Absolutely shocking still no dresses or refund. Had to go to the citizens advice as I got proof my dresses were still In transit by the dates they are trying to say they were delivered are completely different, and promised they were on the way by Sarah keabel the owner. Guys just report to fraud and your bank as you can't even get proof off them they just ignore. Getting a petition done to get them shut down
