I am a newcomer on CommissionFactory. I am impressed by their proactive attitude and considerate service. It has been a total pleasure. I would like to show my big thanks for my account manager Amelia, she always does a great job on helping me to all my concerns as an advertiser.
For example, she guides me how to email inactive Affiliates and help me to connect with the top publisher sites, which is really helpful to get a huge increase of my program.

Great Account Manager and Personalised Service
Our account manager has been amazing! Always super responsive, offering us opportunities in line with our brand, and negotiating commission rates to improve our profitability. We've also had help in developing a plan for the year, with follow through in helping us find placements to extend our reach across our partners and generate revenue for record breaking months on our eCommerce site.

Great experience working with them
I've worked with commission factory for the last couple of years and have been extremely happy with the level of service that they have always provided. Michelle our Account Manager is also super helpful and nothing is ever a hassle.
