I thought I had cancelled
I thought I had cancelled, but it renewed for another year.
When I contacted Community, they agreed to canceland rfunded my new payment very quickly.
(The service is very good--I just never used it.)

Well, if you had asked me yesterday, etc. I probably would have given you high marks. But today changed the picture! First off - had I known that Amazon was involved in the delivery, etc. I probably would not have ordered your product. Amazon gives poor service in delivery. I am 93+ years old, have severe arthritis and some other mobility issues. Amazon likes to drive in the driveway and throw the delivery out of the truck to be picked up instead of them putting the package inside the door of an enclosed back porch.
The other issue I have is that I did not realize that I wouold have to install it myself! Had I known that, I would have been reluctant to order your product. I have macular degeneration, so my eyesight is marginal. So, the phone is out of the box, waiting to be installed. Hopefulloy I will be able to find someone to do it!

These reps are super patient and even kind.
I worked with 2 reps and I have memory problems, so it wasn't easy to deal with me. I became so frustrated with myself - not the rep- that I had to stop and hang up. My land line wouldn't let me back in from making repeated mistakes, so I waited a minute and called customer service back. She had me turn off the base for a minute and we started over and everything worked perfectly after that. Whew!

It's a great emergency service for elderly people in your home that aren't used to cell phones.

Mo's the best.
Working with Mo has been great. There has been a technical issue with my current carrier and Mo has been working with me and Verizon to try to solve the issue.

Easiest experience getting things going on my new cordless land line.

I haven't been hooked up yet with my new equipment, but if the phone works half as good as my experience with setting the whole thing up, I will certainly give the entire experience 10 out of 10 stars.

It didn't take a lot of time to get help & I could clearly understand the person I was speaking to.
I am 90 years old and she (sorry I don't remember her name) was VERY patient with me. I appreciated that. She helped me thru getting my bill paid annually instead of monthly.
