I would like to assure you that none of our registered suppliers call outside of normal business hours [9am-6pm].
We also mention to our users, when we call to verify their request for multiple quotes, that our suppliers will be getting in touch with them.
Please be aware that in the B2B sphere, no company can give you an instant quote, without discussing your needs individually first. This allows them to provide you with a tailored quote for your business needs.
Most of our users do appreciate that such a hands-on service, will result in greater cost-savings, than an instant quote service.

quick response but unable to help with my problem
I wanted to Change my supplier for credit Card terminal.
Companeo came back with 2 suppliers, One was even more expensive than current supplier and the other WAS my current supplier!
There was no reference to Sage Pay, who I believe are cheaper than most

A waste of time throughout....
I asked for comparision prices for mobile terminals to be provided to my email address only, not to be solicited by phone. I was called by Companeo as well as 4 different companies despite my wishes. I only recieved two emails with actual quotes so all in all a complete waste of time.

Our registered companies don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach and tailor their quotes to your unique needs.

Spam Merchants, Beware if you choose to use them
Companeo!
I went through this company to source a new PDQ supplier, and I wish I had never heard of them, I was flooded with calls, 40+ a day for almost a week, from various people and Companeo themselves.
Since then I get spam mail from them and their "specially selected partners" on a daily basis.
I have called them and was told they don't care that I do not want mail from them "What can I do about it" was the reply.
I have logged onto my account in their site and changed all the preferences to not get anything from them, it make no difference.
I would think twice before using this company.

Our system only matches you to a maximum of 4 registered suppliers. Therefore, it is highly unlikely that the source of the 40 calls were our suppliers.
The reason you may have got over 40 calls a day is because you enquired with multiple merchants.
Our newsletter is an opt-in service, therefore you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link in the email.
We record all calls and expect our Customer Service team to be courteous and professional at all times. We will investigate your allegation and take appropriate action, if anybody has breached our Code of Practice.

good response from variious companies
had a good response from companies who even rang back when it was not conveniant to talk. And they all spoke good english which makes a big difference to the cold callers who tend to be cheeky and not understand the product they are selling.

Contacted by companies not suitable for my needs
The calls from the companies I got were pretty useless as I was after a payg mobile card reader yet I was getting calls from companies who didn't do pay as you go and only done monthly contracts and also from companies who done merchant devices which is not what I asked for

A compare site with a difference, they give your contact details to interested suppliers who then contact you.At least you find yourself talking to a human not a computer.

Brilliant Service - Will Use Again!
I used Companeo to source some quotes for a Credit Card Terminal for my business.
Their Customer Service rep was very quick to match me with suitable suppliers. I was quite impressed by the range of suppliers they had, including many famous national brands.
The prices offered by all suppliers were very competitive. They even started competing amongst themselves to get me to sign! In the end, I got a very good deal :D
I have now bookmarked the Companeo website and will use in the future.
