They delivered exactly what they said on time. The fitter was polite and thoughtful and fitted the stairlift in half a day. The price was competitive, although not the lowest.

From the first phone call I made, to the man who came to take measurements and give me a quote, and to the guy who fitted the stairlift, they all are very professional. Everything was explained, I was kept up to date with phone calls, and the man who fitted my stairlift was very quick, absolutely no mess (I expected some) gave me a full and proper demonstration, he didn’t leave until he knew I was completely satisfied. I cannot recommend this company enough. Oh and it was a lot cheaper than I was expecting.

The salesman gave plenty of useful…
The salesman gave plenty of useful information to help me choose the stairlift. The installation engineer was very helpful in giving information and tips about using the stairlift including safety advice.
The price was competitive, and with friction drive the support beam is a lot neater than the ones with a rack and pinion drive.
