Not helpful when called
After one week of placing the order, no reply, it was my fault for not replying to one of their emails. I have overlooked I as general marketing material. So far I am Ok with the delay. However, when I called, the person who handled the call was unhelpful and yelled at me. I have been with them for a long time but now must look elsewhere for a friendly service.
