Friendly but hard to Communicate with
The biggest problem I had was getting through. Sometimes it took 5 attempts before I was disconnected due to no answer when trying to change my details after buying a new car. The bot message device was not helpful. Despite this the staff on answering were always professional and friendly. I was also confused on the many surcharges such as car hire, windscreen change, etc, but luckily this was not required when insuring gor the year. It would be easier if these things were incorporated into one charge. The cost of yhe insurance was the cheapest, but probably would be the same if these costs were charged in line with other insurance companies. If you want a quick, no hassle insurance to cover the year and are not worried about these things, I would recommend it.
