I couldn't be happier with the service. I had victorian shutters fitted to my bay windows and venetian blinds for my bathroom. In both instances they were friendly, professional, open and they've done a perfect job.

Thank you Complete Blinds for our lovely shutters. Great team, friendly and helpful. The fitters were on time, knowledgeable and tidied up after themselves. Really impressed!

The staff are so helpful and passionate, happy to answer all our queries and helped with our indecisiveness. Would definitely recommend 🙂

Excellent service with timely communication throughout. Customers need to know that there is a wait for the shutters to be made-to-order (and staff are very clear about that at the point of quotation) but be patient, it is well worth it. Thank you all.

I’ve been using this company for at least 20 years for blinds and the service has always been excellent. I’ve recently used them for the first time for curtains which are very well made and just what I wanted.

Members of my family have used Complete Blinds for over 25 years. They are very efficient, have excellent products, and their service is second to none. It has been a pleasure to deal with them for the second time in many years.

My family and I have been using this company for over 30yrs for blinds. I decided to get Blackout curtains, which are absolutely gorgeous. Recently had faux wood venetian blinds and roller blinds fitted and we're really pleased with the finished look! From start to finish the service from the Company has been flawless. Greg who fitted our blinds was really friendly and knowledgeable, we would definitely recommend using him. Also, the price is much more reasonable compared to other well known brands without any difference in quality!

Poor after sales support and blinds lasted 7-8 years - I bought black-out and wood weave blinds for all of my windows, and they looked great. But after 7-8 years two of them broke. The blackout was fixed with efficient repair service, but they say the wood weave cannot be fixed because it is no longer stocked. They gave me no support to find a solution, and said I would need to buy new blinds. I didn't think I'd be having to keep replacing them after 7-8years - thought they were a longer term investment. I've called around some other companies and even though I didn't buy the blinds from them, they are helping me to try and source the part from somehwere - so Complete Blind Service after sales support is very poor in comparison.

I have used this company for blinds for many years now in two different properties. The quality of the product and the workmanship of the installers is very good and the admin staff are always very polite and helpful. Recently due to Covid the service has been a little slower but wouldn't dream of taking a star away, they have done the best they could in the circumstances. Fully recommend the company.

I had my 3 windows measured on 27 July. The wrong sample books were brought and I was unsure of what the cassette would look like. After receiving a quote the following day I called the office and explained that I could not go ahead with the order as I hadn't seen the colour samples and also no cassette was brought to show me, unlike another company who had also given me a quote the previous day. I was then sent some photos on WhatsApp. I called the office again and explained that I needed to see sample fabrics and also the cassettes. I was told that as soon as the samples had arrived they would send them to me. I heard nothing at all so on 9th August I sent another message saying that my windows had been measured 3 weeks previous and that I was no nearer being able to place my order and asked if they would contact me. It is now 20th August and I have still heard nothing! So I am now giving up as clearly they do not want my business.

Cannot recommend them more highly. Used this Company several times over 14 years. Efficient, professional and polite staff. Aftercare service second to none. Good old fashioned service not found in most Companies today.
