Really great service from The Complete Blind Service, friendly, fast, efficient and communication has always been great which is paramount for me. Plus the blinds are really great quality - puts the other blinds in our house (which we thought previously were fine!) to shame! Also I was surprised at how quick the turnaround and fitting was, even if we weren't in a pandemic I would have thought super fast and efficient considering they are custom made - thanks team!

I have used The Complete Blind Service to fit blinds through out the house. So I've got all types of blinds from Velux, normal, vision, perfect fit to Roman. All supplied by this company. I had couple of issues which were dealt with promptly without any quibbles. Thoroughly recommend them.

In Lockdown managed to get replacement much needed black out blinds. Little chat with Alice at home and all was made simple. Took delivery kept up to date with tracking. Once arrived let Complete Blinds know and they arranged installation. All done with social distance protocols in and out in minutes with packaging and old blinds taken away so more than I expected. Thank you.

I have used the Complete Blind Service on numerous occasions over the last few months. I have had exceptionally good service, from providing free estimates through to the ordering process and return visit to fit the blinds - which is also free of charge. You just pay for your blinds :)
I will most certainly be using there services and again and would most certainly recommend them.

Managed to choose blinds without visiting the showroom by showing pictures of window and getting options sent back to choose from. Bought the fitted blinds to use for windows that tilt open - you don't notice they are there and look really smart. Also block out the light amazingly. Great customer service!

Thanks for your service, we have been very impressed by the communication and final product we have recieved. Our blind had needed repairing for a couple of years, our original installers wanted to replace with an electric blind, but we wanted to stick with a manual one. Great service from start to finish. We purchased shutters and blinds from the complete blind service limited and received fantastic service from Sean, Alice and the team. We are delighted with the shutters and will be back to order curtains and blinds when my wife can decide! Alice was fabulous looking after us throughout our order and installation. Would highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and efficient manner in which The Complete Blind Service dealt with my problem even though it was a relatively small job. The fitter came at the agreed time, on the dot, both to assess the problem and then to fit the blind. Although our original fabric was mounted onto their own system, the end result was unnoticeable from our other blinds. I was given a clear idea of cost and the price I paid was very reasonable.

I'm rarely compelled to write reviews but I was thoroughly impressed by this company which fitted battery operated blinds for my living room. Their prices were very reasonable compared to other companies I contacted, turnaround time was quick, and their office staff were always responsive. Huge thanks to Mark who did the installation as well as pre-installation visit. He gave good recommendations on what exactly I should get and also came prepared (the installation was done during the coronavirus period). Highly recommended.

Sean came and did the measuring up and explained the different options, there was no pressure selling and I felt the prices were reasonable
I arranged for shutters for my living room and roller blinds for an upstairs room
They kept me fully informed about how long it would take and the fitting process was quick and efficient and they left everything tidy
I would certainly recommend them

Very good product, friendly service. It took a lot longer than I expected and I had to chase them up as they didn't keep me informed as to progress. However, given the end result, we can forgive that. But that's the only reason for the 4 stars rather than 5.
