Trainer John,W was great, I put the work in at home, he was happy I was taking it seriously, on my course explained thoroughly manoeuvres and driving, also great bloke

I can not thank my instructor Adrian enough for helping me pass he was really friendly and put me at ease. Adrian is a great instructor and has a great work ethic. I am glad that I had Adrian to help me this week. Thank you to HGV Complete Training Services Ltd for all the work and effort that has gone in to this week.

I cannot thank my instructor Sean enough. I was lucky enough to have such an experienced instructor by my side from day 1 and throughout the whole week being supportive on every step not only shearing his experience but making it fun.
I thank you again Sean i passed all my tests on first go and its all because i had you by my side.

Ps on my last day unfortunately he couldn’t make it in for unforseable reasons so i went to my offroad without him then went to my driving test the same day and while i was sat waiting even though he had his own problems he went out his way and came to the test centre just to wish me luck.

Andy was brilliant teacher and person. He boosted my confidence and believed in me that I can pass the test. Yesterday I pass the test and I can't thank Andy Y. enough. Definitely recommend the company Complete HGV as they act very professional and helpful. Thank you

Had a great experience with these guys. Went through a broker - wish I’d gone direct! Andy from Coventry deserves a special mention - patient and very calming throughout the experience. Made a silly mistake on my first C+E test but went through with 2 minors a couple of weeks later with Rob. Thanks for everything guys.

Having had training this week and passed my road test on Thursday, I couldn’t of been happier with the service from Sean he was a excellent instructor with clear and precise instruction, very helpful I would recommend to anyone looking to do get there hgv license to visit Sean at complete hgv services at the Chobham depot, many thanks rich .h

very poor service from day one. I paid deposit, had already dates arranged (took A/L at work and arranged all other stuff around these dates). Last minute I was informed that instructor was on holiday on my scheduled date. After swapping hundreds of pointless emails I requested refund, of course they refused paying my money back despite it was their fault. avoid this company- ridiculous rip off

From a complete truck driving novice to passing my C+E with complete HGV! I have to say the whole process from initial enquiry to booking tests, training material for the Theory Tests, to communication through the process, to practical instruction was amazing! A superb experience from start to finish (passing the test), my thanks to Pam and Sharon in the office! John (my instructor) for your patience and encouragement through the practical. Also thanks to John (owner) and Ian for your help through the on-site tests.

One very happy, now C+E qualified driver.

Instructor Sean was fantastic. Straight to the point and no messing around. Very easy going guy with exceptional explaining skills. Very happy with my course and passed both exams.

I would recommend complete hgv to anyone needing to pass ,what a team they have and my instructor Sean was a wealth of knowledge and what he taught me will stick throughout my motoring career ,so a big thanks to all at complete hgv

Passed my Class 1 (Cat C+E) with this training body and it was the best choice I made. What I have learnt over the last 4 will stay with me for the rest of my driving career.

Andy, my instructor has taught me everything I needed over the last 4 days whilst having a lot of patience, he is an absolute asset to the company. It must be quite difficult to get a biker to learn how to approach junctions and roundabout differently and and a slower speed but he managed to get me over the line.

I would also like to thank John, Pete, Pam and Sharon for everything you've done to help me, this includes for my when I passed my Class 2 in 2021.

Sean is quite simply the best instructor I have ever come across since I qualified as a car driver in 1988. If I could give him 7 stars I would without hesitation. I can't thank him enough for enabling me to pass 1st time my class 2 test. Thank your lucky stars if you get him as your instructor!

If you would like to start your HGV journey I would definately recommend Complete HGV, ladies don't be afraid I am one of lots of example who passed thanks to Complete HGV x

I have done C+E Class 1 in Fast track and thanks to the best teacher and instructor in the world I passed 3a, 3b and cpc Mod 4 in the first attempt (3b only with 2 minors!)

Marcus made a really great job preparing and teaching me everything with patience from the same beginning. Thank you so much Marcus for everything you taught me and believing in me. I am so happy I could be your student :)!

I would definitely recommend Complete HGV. Adrian has been brilliant for the three days helping me prepare for my C1, both the 3a and 3b tests. Very patient but knowing when to test you a bit more.

I would give the company one , but need to balance with my instructor who is a five.I’ve given him feedback directly as I doubt the company would pass on anything given their ineptitude for communication.

The training you may or may not get will be very good but my experience dealing with the company itself leaves much to be desired and overpriced.

I presented for test at the end of a weeks training only to find that the vehicle was not maintained to a standard that the examiner was happy with. Hence the test did not go ahead. I was clearly ready at this point and keen to go again asap.

It took Complete 4 months…yes 4 months to arrange a retest and also insisted that I pay for extra tuition (which I felt I needed) to get me up to speed again.I believe that is very unfair. The Directors are clearly much too important to discuss these issues with students and are only focused on grabbing as much money as they can from the increase in demand.

I would urge you to look around I did after this experience and found a much better service elsewhere and passed with them.

I would like to say a massive thanks to Paul lester for helping me gain my class 2 license very good instructor great company for gaining any lgv - Hgv licences I will be returning soon to gain my class one very polite and respectful instructors

Managed to pass my class 1 with the amazing help of the instructors.

Special thanks to Iain and Ian with out them I would have not passed! Anyone that wants to go for their class 1 I highly recommend any of these to as a instructor you will pass 100%
