I used Compose a few years ago when I wasn’t feeling great in myself. I used them and 10000% saw a difference. Now, I have more time to put in the effort and I know I’m going to see the difference. For such a good price it’s an amazing and useful thing to have with easy access. Customer service also really helpful and responsive.

I’ve recently bought a workout plan and can say it has worked wonders already. Personally, I struggle with social anxiety so im not a big fan of going to the gym but still want to stay fit and gain muscle, buying the home workout plan has helped me so much in doing so, especially with the meals since they show and teach how and what to do! Everything is much easier now and I love it!

Absolutely awful, haven’t revived my order, it’s says it’s been delivered to another country but my order receipt has the correct address, I have emailed them multiple times and there ig page but have had no reply!

I have bought a number of programmes from Compose. Recently I went on and bought the Tailored plan as I was wanting someone to help me balance running and gym. I waited 7 days to be sent the exact same plan as the bikini body 12 week ebook which I had already. They tailored nothing. They absolutely missold and are continuing to promote their ‘tailored’ plans that are NO DIFFERENT from the bikini body ebook. I have contacted by email and social media on a number of occasions and getting ignored.
