Fast and accurate installation
The guys arrived bang on time and worked flat out to fit all the windows super quickly. They look fantastic and our rooms feel much warmer for getting our old wooden frames replaced with the UPVC.

If Carlsberg made door fitting companies!
Great service from start to finish, the procedure and choices were well explained when I booked an appointment. Once booked the company kept in touch via email with updates on the doors and when ready I was offered a convenient fitting time.
On the fitting day, the fitters arrived on time and did a fantastic job in fitting the doors, again they took the time to explain any possible issues of which there were non!
They cleaned up and cleaned the doors to perfection before they left
Overall a great experience.. And price!

Very bad experience
Very bad experience, we have had 4 door replacements in 11 months, 4 different fitters, numerous issues from manufacturing too poor fitting and to top it off very poor service. Not had a sorry once off anyone at this company. 3 months of not being able to open my £1400 new front door. Stay clear!

Just to clarify and shed some more light on your door and installation. The door was fitted perfectly square / plumb but unfortunately the door bowed, which is unusual. However, during our investigation / consultation with the manufacturer, this was due to the door being short in height, solid (no glass), dark in colour, with a letterbox at the bottom and being in the sun, the majority of the day.
We ordered a replacement free of charge, both parts and labour, under your 10 year guarantee. There was delays due to the pandemic and the pressures the manufacturers are currently facing, as the majority of the population spend money on home improvements rather than holidays, however we provided you with numerous updates throughout.
Stating “3 months of not being able to open my front door” isn’t true. We accept it wasn’t working as it should, due to the defective door slab but it did open and close. I sent the engineer to adjust the door, whilst we waited for the new door to arrive, I saw your wife exit through the door when I was driving passed and your email dated 11/03/21 15.31 stated “Let’s hope it can be fitted today as the current door doesn’t close properly still.”
Due to the letterbox issue, we bought you a post box for £50 and fitted it to you wall, so whilst there was a couple of issues, which can happen with manufacturing bespoke products, all was resolved in the end.
We have 4 fitting teams due to the rapid growth within our business and we currently have in excess of 5000 doors under guarantee, one of which is your parents that we fitted 4-5 years ago and no problems whatsoever. This was a rare faulty door, and I am pleased that we managed to sort the issue and now the door is functioning exactly how it should. Here are 2 emails we sent you (I have redacted any personal info), clearly apologising:

Excellent all the way, communication, reliability, and after sale attitude which made me write this review. After 10 months of fitting, there was an issue with the lock. With no hescitation, James communicated and the team (Paul) responded. Very nice and and honourable.

The whole experience was great
The whole experience was great! From James in the showroom, giving us the benefit of his honest advice, to the installers who did a great, fast, clean job and were always friendly and polite. Now we have a beautiful front door to be proud of. And it was a very reasonable price - £300 cheaper than the nearest quote!

Sent out a few emails to various companies with my requirements for online quotes prior to appointments. CDS were very quick to reply and came in with a good quote. Visited the showroom where Ursula talked me through the different door makes/quality etc. Very knowledgeable. After making an appointment James came to measure up. Communication has been great throughout and installation was done efficiently and with minimal disruption. Really pleased with the door and customer service, both prior and after installation. So much so that James is coming back today to measure up my windows. Would not hesitate to recommend CDS.
