From start to finish, I have been so impressed, I went out to the showroom to meet Rob and the team, who quickly helped me choose exactly the right options for me, someone came and checked my measurements and a after about 5 weeks they came to install, every appointment and date has been at a time suited to me, not to them.
Install day the two me arrived exactly when they said they would, these guys are so professional, and left a very work site.
My windows are lovely, they have a quality feel and look, and the difference in noise and heat is amazing, I now only know if car passes outside if I see it, I don’t hear a thing .
Please excuse the mess of the garden I’m having other work done.
I would 100% recommended these guys.

We had the pleasure of visiting Composite Doors Cardiff at their premises in Barry and meeting the owner Rob who was so helpful. He gave us great advice choosing our door and we always felt everything he said was in our best interest. We were so impressed that we decided to purchase new french doors as well.
Rob went over and above to meet our requirements and we were very happy with the cost.
Both were fitted today and look fantastic. The fitters were very polite and made sure everything was left clean and tidy, we are delighted.

Absolutely top quality service from start to finish! We were kept updated via email and phone by lovely staff. The door is stunning and the fitters were professional, polite, friendly and tidy. We are over the moon with the entire process and wouldn't hesitate to buy from again or recommend to others. Amazing team and top notch products!

What an amazing company to deal with. I had an Endurance front door and Victorian Slider sash windows fitted to the front of my property and the service and communication from start to end was outstanding. Rob and Amber were fantastic to deal with and no questions went unanswered. There were a few glitches with the manufacturers of the front door but Rob sorted it out, providing a 5 star customer service that is hard to come by these days.

Do not hesitate to use this company, I will most definitely be coming back soon to have my rear windows and doors replaced.

From quotation to collection of door, service was excellent! I did everything online and any questions I had through email which was answered same day. Due to pandemic door took a little longer to come but that wasn’t a problem. Husband is a carpenter so he fitted the door and it fits like a dream. Absolutely over the moon with it and Rob was fantastic in keeping you updated on things and payment was simple to do online as well. Didn’t have to visit site at all, only to collect door, which shows what a well organised company this is. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would buy from them again. Excellent!!! After an initial hiccup re email communication, Rob (Managing Director) intervened. He was very efficient and offered a small discount due to the above. The pandemic perhaps caused a slight delay in the installation of the door but the fitters worked very well and the area around the new door was cleaned effectively before they departed. It is early days but we are very impressed with the appearance and quality of the Endurance Door. We highly recommend this company.

We received the best customer service from start to finish from Composite Doors Cardiff especially Rob and Amber. We really couldn't be happier with our door from the initial contact to the door being fitted. The 2 guys who fitted the door were exceptional and totally cleaned up after themselves. They are not the cheapest company but if u want the best customer service, to be guided through the whole ordering process and kept up to date until installation day and an excellent product that u are proud of and make your home feel safe don't look elsewhere.

Very professional company, at very competitive price, I was having a bit of cash flow problem but, Rob the managing director has been very patient and allowed extra time to pay. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend this company to others.

Very efficient friendly service. We had double glazed units suffering from condensation replaced. They did an excellent job. No Fuss. Job completed very quickly after windows had been made to fit.
