I bought an expensive GPU on Computeruniverse. The website said it was in stock and the delivery time 2-3 days. A week later, not a single update on the shipment. I wrote them 4 times (by mail and the website contact form) and no response. I called the phone. No answer. I am beggining to think this is a scam website. I requested my refund via paypal. Lets see how it goes.

Yesterday (16/12/2025) i placed order for 9070 gpu on this site.I used my friends credit card (he was sitting next to me) .We confirmed order on his phone.
And we got email that address of delivery can't be different than address of delivery .We live in same village me and friend.But ok.Anyway i contacted them and replied to their email.In which i said i am willing to provide proof etc.
I got generic bot response email.I tried calling them 3 times in 2 days.I waited on call 30minutes.And didn't even got human to talk to.It just hang up.
My friend contacted bank and we sent another email .Only then they canceled order and returned money.

This website appears to be a complete scam. I placed an order on 26.11.2025 for a Dreame L40s Pro Ultra robot vacuum. Since then, I have received no updates whatsoever. At the time of ordering, the item’s status was listed as *Artikel nicht vorrätig – Innerhalb 3 bis 4 Tagen lieferbar*.
I have tried contacting them multiple times via email and phone, but received no response. The order was fully paid through Amazon Pay, and I also attempted to reach the merchant through Amazon Pay, but again, no response.

Cheapest GPU/Hardware Prices in Europe
As another poster here said, the only real downside other than potential warranty delays due to ordering from another country, is the unclear English translation for shipping estimates. The "available in x/y days" text actually involves the time it takes the store to get the item sourced so they can ship it to you. In my case, they estimated 4/8 days, so it took them around 4 days to source the GPU from one of their warehouses/distributors so they can ship it to me.
I ordered a GPU from them on 02.12.2025. I had it in my hands on 10.12.2025. DHL, tracked, all went well, except that they didn't seem to print the entire address on the package, just my ZIP code, street address and city, so the courier didn't know what apartment/floor to come to. At least 100eur cheaper than anything I could source locally, even when including the 20eur shipping fee.
Computeruniverse is one of the cheapest options for computer hardware that also ships EU-wide. They are not a scam, but their communication in terms of inventory and order updates up to the point of shipping could be better. That being said, I felt compelled to write a review here due to the sheer number of negative reviews I read that made me think twice before placing an order with them.
I am not saying that the unfavorable reviews left by others are not valid, but the fact of the matter is, rarely do people leave reviews when things go well. It's mostly when things go badly or they have a negative experience that people feel compelled to leave a review. Hopefully my review helps others looking to buy hardware from this online store. I would definitely order more products in the future, now that I know the quirks of the platform.

Impressively terrible experience. Network device with lifetime warranty needed to be RMAed, it took me 2 months to get to the point where they need to send money to me.. But nothing happens after that. Avoid buying anything here that you may need support with.

Never buy anything there. I bought some computer parts. Still no delivery(2 weeks passed, estimated time was 3-5 working days). Support is just scam, they don't answer.
And delivery company is scam too. They have a form on website, but it shows an error, so you have to call them or write by email. Still got no answers.
I wait till end of this day, and if noone contact me - i just decline the order.
Update: I have tried to contact them with all possible ways - no response at all.
You might not get your order OR your money back
Placed an order for around 100 euros a while back. Have not heard from them since. Tried writing and calling, but received no response. Have no option to cancel my order or get an automatic refund. Might update later if anything changes
UPD 27.02.2026. After countless calls (none answered) and e-mails finally received a refund confirmation. Will update again when I actually get my money back.
UPD 04.03.2026. Just received my money back. Incredibly happy that this (exactly) 4-month-long story is over. Do not make my mistake. This store better be taken down soon.

Received a used and defective Roborock Q Revo
I ordered a Roborock Q Revo White, but what I received was clearly used and defective. The box had already been opened and resealed with tape, the plastic wrapping was torn, and the robot itself was dirty — with dust, hair, and even small stones inside. It was obvious that the product had been previously used.
Even worse, the device does not dispense water for mopping, so it’s not functioning properly. I tried to contact the company by phone, but no one answered.
This experience was extremely disappointing — I paid for a new and working device, not a second-hand broken one.
DONT DO IT . THEY WILL NEVER SHIP THE PARTS
I ordered parts for the amount of 2600 euros and when i ordered them they were all in stock and ready to be shipped. As soon as my order was confirmed two of the parts went immediately out of stock. I waited for 5 days with no communication whatsoever. I checked my order status and said that the parts that are out of stock have a delivery date unknown under them. I contacted their support and informed i am willing to swap the parts for in stock parts for the order to proceed. After waiting 10 WORKING days without them responding i proceeded with cancelling my order. Now its the 6th working day after them informing it will take them 3 working days for a refund and i am still waiting for my money back. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered PC parts for my business. 2 days later I get an email telling me to correct my billing details (this was a mistake on my part), and I hear nothing for the rest of the week.
It has been a week since I placed the order and I have not heard a thing since. My order is still processing. I'm yet to receive any new emails.
21/10/25 Update:
I sent several emails to computer universe with no reply. 2 weeks after I placed the order, I opened a case through PayPal to get my refund. After this I finally received a reply from computer universe telling me they will refund my payment within 3 business days.
5 business days later, I finally got my refund through the PayPal case.
What a joke.

Horrible customer service! Sent my PC in for repairs as it was still under warranty. Recently received an email that my package was on its way back to me more than 10 business days ago. Tracking status has not updated for over 6 business days, still showing in Germany, and has been changed to "Return to sender". I have been trying to call every day for the last 3 business days, cannot get through to any humans. Waiting in automated menu with elevator music for over 1 hour at a time, with no human response.
