The website was very great. I bought from it many times and it was good in terms of prices and shipping speed, and everything was excellent.
But suddenly, without warning, I found that the website had stopped shipping to my country, "Algeria" without warning ⚠️

Stopped shipping to a lot of countries that it used to work with normally, countless issue with "Outlet/secondhand" products that they claimed were fine and work properly, horrendous customer service especially with the "Returns department" and broken promises of "fixing" their supply and shipping situation despite nothing changing.
All of this stings even more because prior to all of this the site was one of the best in terms of pricing and international shipping !

Worst customer service
For the last two months I tried to buy a few things, during checkout I get the error: "confirm saferpay error", same issue if I try PayPal or credit card, check out with my account or as guest. A couple of my friends tried it with the exact same error . After a few weeks of emailing them a customer service employee suggested me in the reply email to place the order through email and bank transfer. I explained I have 0 security with this method and if they can double check what is wrong. He replied in a route way that nothing is wrong on their end and they can not help me any further. Too bad it used to be a good company, no wonder why they have so many negative reviews lately

Have been in call for last 2 months and multiple e mail chats with the customer service regarding a broken Asus Router still being in the guarantee period.
The router hasn't been replaced/repaired nor was a refund offered.

With 100% prepayment for your order, you are getting close to infinite time of delivery without any date estimations. If you want to refund your money, it is impossible to do due to the absence of phone response on support number and auto email-replies saying you need to wait for one week for your response, which will never come. It is practically a scam, you give them your money, and they get it giving back a good hope of getting your goods someday (maybe, no guaranties).

Good prices, but that's about it. Terrible customer service, forget about their answer, or return of goods if something happens. Also, stock statuses are sometimes not correct and you'll wait much longer that was indicated at the time of placing the order. Avoid.

I would choose ComputerUniverse over any other store.
They got stock, they allow you to purchase and ship the stuff immediately after the purchase unlike the Caseking who took my money and later said that they are unable to control their stock therefore they cannot know when their stuff is available or not!

Do not Buy! Ordered a PC, after tens of phone calls and emails and after 2 months where they were not responding, managed to get a response (from the mother company CYBERPORT to which the payment was made) that the products was not available and to change my order so I requested a refund which I received so late (after 2 months). They requested bank transfer instead of card payment which helped them not being traced and be able to report the transaction to bank. Very very bad experience!!

They said your bank under the sanctions. NO! I receive payments from the whole World and even from Germany.
The clowns also said me you have to find new bank account or we can't help you. FIND NEW BANK ACCOUNT

Cancelled without reason
Ordered RAM, SSD, and the NVIDIA 4070 (totalled at 901 euro) just last night. All went well and the payment went through no problem. I woke up this morning to find my order cancelled and an email from them to back the cancellation up. The email gave no information as to why my order was cancelled. Keep in mind on their website it says "Status cancelled" and "Order status: still being processed".
I've heard a lot of positive reviews on Computer Universe and wanted to rate this company higher but unless this can be resolved with haste I doubt I'll be using this website again due to the lack of communication or giving it a higher rating.

Definitely the worst online shop I have ever bought from.
I bought a TV from them and after numerous complications with the delivery, it finaly arrived. However, it arrived damaged. It took three weeks until I got a response from the company and it is still not resolved. Now, I have to wait again till the old TV is shipped away and I have to search for a new one... When you call them, it says they don´t have enough employees to answer the phones/emails. But they don´t write that on their webpage. You should know that as a consumer before you buy anything from them!
Disappointing Experience with Computeruniverse.net
I had high hopes for my purchase from Computeruniverse.net, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a disappointment.
When I initially bought the laptop, the product description and photos prominently displayed a QWERTY keyboard layout. However, upon delivery, I received a unit with a QWERTZ layout, which was not what I agreed upon. They agreed to replace it, but due to work commitments, I couldn't spare my device for the 2 months it would take.
Recently, when I encountered repeated shutdowns with the laptop, I reached out for an RMA. Initially promised a replacement keyboard, they backtracked on their word, citing reasons that were not in line with our previous agreement.
What's more disheartening is that after sending the laptop for repair, it seems they held onto it for a whopping 2 months without any visible attempts to fix it. Upon its return, the issues escalated. Now, the laptop is unusable—it shuts down randomly and crashes whenever I attempt to run even basic applications.
Adding insult to injury, my follow-up emails detailing this aggravating situation have gone unanswered for over two weeks, leaving me in the dark without any resolution in sight.
Overall, my experience with Computeruniverse.net has been marked by broken promises, unaddressed issues, and a lack of timely and effective customer support. I regret placing my trust in their services and products.
I strongly advise against considering purchases from this retailer, given the disappointing quality, lack of accountability, and poor customer service I've experienced firsthand.
