Laughable customer support

I have ordered 5 "immediately available" parts for my new working pc. After a month and an unanswered email I am still waiting for a single update, I have already payed of course. Stay away.

Lies and Delays

Products marked as "immediately available" are, in fact, may not be. This will cause delays referred to in their formal reply as "up to 7 days", which, in fact, are longer. You may wait for the dispatch for more than a week without your money and without your goods either.

They don't care and stop responding after your second email. Essentially, buying there is testing your luck and guessing whether they actually have your product or not.

False claims on the product pages are intended to make you give them money right away without considering the wait times.

I've never seen such disrespect for customers yet.

Avoid at all cost.
Dealt with them for over 15 years. Whatever had happened recently in the last month, they just flat out don't care about their customers anymore.

You have failed to provide the tracking for the order and we had tried to contact you by both email and phone to no avail numerous time in the last two weeks.

Very dissapointing

Been buying from computeruniverse for the past 10 years and everything was ok. But now it seems that the things have changed.

Placed an order a month ago and paid, there was no info about it being prepared or sent in a week. After a few tries to contact the support they have let me know that they were doing some kind of migration and I can place another order since all of my previous orders got deleted. After placing another order they have said that the payment wasn't received even I have already paid for it the first time.

It seems that they have totally messed things up with the migration. In my opinion this was the worst decission for them to loose all of the customer data, orders, etc.

Also they reply on mails on a weekly basis.

Very dissapointing.

Do not use - avoid at all costs

Do not use, avoid at all costs. Items promised in 2 days, it's been 20 and the order (2600003475) has not even been shipped yet. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. I am afraid that I lost my money. The delay itself has already cost money to my company.

I am completely devastated with this store

I am completely devastated with how these guys treat B2B customers. They take a week to reply. I wasted 2 weeks of my time trying to make a purchase. After I have sent money they replied that they don't have an item in stock anymore.

If you have any other option, buy somewhere else. Terrible, terrible experience.

No VAT invoices

I am a B2B customer. After placing several orders my order history was empty. As a result I have no VAT invoices for my accounting. I have sent several e-mails regarding this issue. Nobody cares. Nobody does anything to fix things.

The downfall of computeruniverse

I bought from computeruniverse twice this year, it went so smooth, the only problem I had is the misleading of stock (they might cancel your order anytime by saying they can't afford that product anymore) and the slow support service (they take literal weeks to reply to your problems even if it was critical issue), the site says they have stock and it will be shipped immediatly after 2 business days at max but thats the biggest lie, after you buy it you might wait up to 7 days for the item to be reserved for you.
I didn't have an issue with that, I'm a patient person, but in the last week of september the website decided to just stop shipping to the rest of the world (now the site only works inside of EEA countries) well thats sad news but I still have my coupons in that site which are worth around 200€ so I had to buy from it no matter what or I'll lose them.
I tried to make a purchase this week and ship my item to a forward service in Germany that will ship it to my country in North Africa, sadly I applied my coupons and tried to buy a cpu, headphones, air cooler but at the end when I clicked buy I got an error saying payment failed, my coupons became invalid and the cpu was removed from the shop as soon as I clicked buy (the reason to that is not they only stopped shipping outside EEA but they blocked anyone outside of EEA from buying from the site since I after I tried a VPN it worked normally and I didn't get the previous error.
Recently, I contacted them on whats wrong, they said they are doing system migration, well idc about this but it doesn't mean you have to ruin sales because of it and ignore stock, the CPU I was going to buy was one of most popular CPUs (R5 5600) and its still until now removed from the shop and not in "out of stock" status, the other problem is many many products were removed from the shop for no reason, many popular products like 5000 series CPUs and Nvidia GPUs, I don't know why but I think the site is dying and the company is going bankrupt soon (thats my opinion).
Contacted support to refund my coupons, they say they reply in 24h to 3 business days, thats a lie too, they take up to 10 days minimum which is a waste of time to me.
For now, I don't recommend anyone to buy atm from this site, its literal chaos atm you might wait weeks for the stock to come and they might just cancel your order, the issue is they said nothing about it and they are ignoring this issue like its nothing, they don't reply to social media messages nor email messages which is so weird, they used to do that normally before September and now they are just treating their customers so bad.
At the end, I wanna say thanks to computeruniverse for providing me cheaper prices compared to my country, you saved me and gave me opportunity to buy PC components but you have failed to keep this up forever, heres a piece of advice from me: at least pay your customers some attention.

Order got deleted

After one month of waiting for my goods, order gets removed from my order history and I receive refund. No email, no reason why, nothing.
On website ordered item price increased, and delivery time is still 4-8 days as it was for whole month.

negative order experience

placed an order for about 1150 euros
paypal payment completed
NO order in my account page
Had to way for about 10 days for a response, that was not about showing my order correctly on my account page, but about part of the order being unavailable.
My take is that they tried to escape from having some kind of order management bug, putting the unavailability of an item on top of this.
Now I asked to cancel the whole order (was an explicit option in their very late response mail) and have been issued a refund only for the unavailable item,

So after 12 days from placing this order:
- I'm still short 600 euros of an order I placed and payed, receiving a confirmation email
- order is still nonexistent on my orders page.
- I can only communicate via email, with a turnaround of way more than the 24hrs advertised.

Very scared about losing my money at the moment.

Update: order fully refunded now. Raising to 2 stars.

This e-shop is cheating

This e-shop is cheating, do not trust it. I saw a good deal for a PC in their site, needed for my clients and made the order. The order was completed, paid and I received a conformation email yesterday.
But today they canceled the order with the excuse:
"...we are sorry to inform that the item you have ordered (listed below) can no longer be obtained from the manufacturer, contrary to the information originally provided to us by our suppliers. Unfortunately we have also been unable to locate this product from an alternative source. We will therefore be unable to supply this item and your order/parts of your order will be cancelled."
The truth is that item "Acer Predator Orion 3000" is still listed in their site at this moment, 7 Nov, 16:50h..
I want to receive this item or will pursuit my clients wrights. I gain losses in money taking loan for the payment and loose trust within my clients.

terrible site

I bought all the components for a computer. The order was assembled two times longer than it was indicated at the checkout. After the dispatch, they sent a tracking code that does not show any information. After many attempts to contact customer support, they said that they will sort it out and notify me. Two weeks have passed, and I still do not know if my order was sent.

I placed many orders from this seller…

I placed many orders from this seller in the past and never had an issue. In my latest order, the shipment was apparently lost in transit. I tried to contact them multiple times, only got one reply saying they would check, but nothing else. 3 months later, I'm still waiting for a reply and refund.

Selling a returned item, no support

Ordered GPU (~1,5k €) arrived without a single film on it, even on the backplate ( must have it originally), with a small scratch on the corner.
So it turns out they can easily sell you a returned item(or even used) as a new one. There was no “used” or “returned” mark on the website, just a new item with a new items price. Wanted to clarify the reason, but support is silent, guess there’s no support department at all.

This shop seemed to be great in the past, that’s why giving it “2”, but nowadays i wouldn’t recommend.
Also their “available at short notice, delivery time 3-5 days” is far from realistic

Fake stock information

I ordered 3 products that were all marked as in-stock. I received an order confirmation stating that the products where in-stock and would be delivered in 1-2 days. Later that afternoon I found that all the products on the order had changed to "expected to come in stock soon". Now, more than a week later, one of the products says "Unfortunately this product is temporarily out of stock. We try our best to keep supplies coming as soon as possible.". If i go to buy the products on the website, it again says that they are in stock and ready for immediate shipment.

I have reached out to customer service to get a reply on what the expected delivery date is. No reply.

I have been watching Computeruniverse for quite some time before making my order, and it seems like they have their stock information automatically changing on their website. The same product can change from "in-stock" to "ordered on demand" to "available on short notice" within the same day. It cycles through every hour or so.

If i look up the products I have ordered right now on the website, it says that they are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. But on my order, it says they are not in stock.

Do not trust the stock information, and make sure you order with a payment type where you can call back the money (paypal) so you don't have to wait for the store to get your money back.

11 days have passed since I sent my first email to your customer service, and I have not received any response since then. I consider this a lack of respect and consideration., The package still has not been shipped, even though all the products were listed as available.
