I would give no stars if I could

I would give no stars if I could. It took 20 days to receive my item. Very limited communication (I think I only finally received an email because I opened a case with PayPal) and when they finally did reply they told me it was still within the delivery time frame when it wasn't. Asked for my order to be cancelled then a day later received a dispatch email which even had a note on saying I wanted to cancel! I would return the item but I've read in other reviews that people have struggled to get refunds. Phone lines don't work and the handful of different email contacts I found don't appear to either. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Ordered item on 28th November

Ordered item on 28th November. (In stock). I received it on the 24th of December (too late). Communication was ok I guess, but the item was marked as “ready for shipping” for 20 days. Never again!!

The very worst in human kind

This company represents the very worst in human kind. Dishonest, Misleading and Fraudulent.
If you have expectations of a negative, costly experience, this is the company for you, otherwise... avoid them!

Disappointed.

Like some other reviewers I am reluctant give negative reviews. However, I have to say my experience with this company has not been positive. ComWales may say that my order arrived just a month later than the website commitment due to unexpected circumstances. I would say this was after unclear and misleading communication with their customer services.
So to try and be helpful my observation is that ComWales has over extended what the company can provide and my suggestion is to limit items for sale. Nothing worse than to over promise and under deliver, in my case just a late delivery which was very inconvenient but I can see for more expensive and crucial items this is extremely frustrating and disruptive. Please ComWales offer less and deliver more!

I hate being critical of businesses…

I hate being critical of businesses during this pandemic but I cannot understand why all means of communication with the customer services with this company have failed. I ordered an item for over £200 on the 9th December and advised delivery would take between 5 - 10 days with the said item being in stock. That period has been and gone with no auto updates so like many other reviewers attempted to contact them by various means but without any success. I’m sure if the head office has staff working from home they should be responding to the communications coming in. Like other reviewers I contacted by phone and was told I was in a queue before the line went dead. If it wasn’t for the limited few “positive” reviews I would have been led to believe this was a scam site. I have been that suspicious, I’ve used Street View to check the business address actually exists which it does. It looks as though I’m going to struggle to complete this transaction or get my money back. Come on ComWales Ltd prove me wrong and fulfil your obligation which has been paid for
As a footnote to the above, it is now the 27th December and still no show on my order.
It is also very intriguing to me that in amongst the many pretty damming reviews of this company there are a small number of “glowing” reviews totally contradicting the concerns of very poor communication for example. Why is that?

Interesting developments as far as I’m concerned. Since leaving my review, whilst I have still not received ANY communications or updates, I note that a couple of reviewers have been able to leave glowing reviews regarding both service and communication going as far as stating their deliveries were prompt. Obviously this is the complete opposite to many others including mine. Anyway, I thought I would have another go at calling them on their customer service phone line. This time having gone passed the “your in a queue” stage, I was asked to leave a message only to then be told I couldn’t because the mail box is full!! If there wasn’t potential loss at stake, you would think it was a joke

Shocking service

Shocking service, non existent customer services. I cancelled an order as it was delayed. It was still delivered and I refused delivery on ComWales’ advice. I was promised a refund within a few days over a fortnight ago! I’ve received no responses to my emails or phone calls as lines are down.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I placed an order on 29th November and it still hasn't arrived. Have repeatedly asked for my money back via e-mail but so far no show. Impossible to get through on the phone. I keep getting a message to say I'm in a queue then it cuts me off. GIVE ME MY MONEY COMWALES

ComWales? Should be CON WALES!!

I ordered a 2.5 litre push button hot water dispenser costing £42, as I am disabled and cannot use a kettle. They sent me a 1 litre electric kettle worth about a fiver. Impossible to get through to them on the phone and they do not reply to messages. Luckily I paid with PayPal so hopefully can pursue a refund that way. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Wish I’d read these reviews before…

Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering from this company. No sign of my order being delivered and the company not responding to my messages. I’ll be taking this up with my bank. Update: Got delivery on 22nd December, although the product is a European version with a UK plug adapter. There is a coffee pod voucher in Euros, don’t know if we’ll be able to use in the UK. ☹️

Crap

Had no correspondence, wouldn't answer phone calls, I ordered something for xmas on the 4th Decemeber and it was in stock then didn't notify me that it was out of stock, Should have checked here before dealing with these crooks.

I never received my purchase

I placed an order for a Fitbit watch for my sister as a Christmas present on the 24th of November, giving enough time to the delivery considering the delays due to the Co-vid situation. After a wait of two weeks with not even a tracking number, I contacted the Customer Service and they told me they will send the parcel again. Today (one week before Christmas) I receive the notification of a refund.
Terrible service. Don't buy from them. The communication about the purchase is very deficient. No information about the dispatch or if the item is out of stock.

I hope my refund doesn't take too long. I have been waiting for long.

Please don't bother in apologizing, it doesn't solve anything.

I ordered a makita circular saw for…

I ordered a makita circular saw for Christmas for my partner on the 27th no delivery so called last week and spoke to someone who said it will be delivered by Tuesday just gone. Still no saw and been on the phone for 2 and a half hours now when I was ‘second in the queue’ and absolutely no further!!!

Quoted 5 to 7 days delivery

Quoted 5 to 7 days delivery. It took two emails the second quite strong before the good were dispatched. Finally got the goods 20 days after order. DHL delivered the day after dispatch so all the delay was Comwales.
