Avoid this company

The product came in good time, from this point everything went down hill.
The item was faulty and did not work. Email's to them were ignored.
Voicemail also ignored.
After checking reviews of this company and seeing similar issues I gave up as it was a low value item.
Not the way to do business, however it has taught me to do further checks into a company before placing orders.
Don't take the fact that they are on websites like Amazon or Ebay, they are completely trustworthy.

Dreadful service. Non-existent communication.

A dreadful service. Ordered item on 13th December and told if not arrived in 5-10 days, to let them know. Only message in my account on their website was that it had been despatched on 14th. Nothing received. Sent a message through my website account on 23rd December to say it had not arrived. Heard nothing. Raised with PayPal on 5th Jan to say want reimbursement as item not arrived and no communication with supplier. Item arrived on the 6th. Still no communication by the supplier. Dreadful service. Dreadful communication. Item fine when it eventually arrived, but too late for the purpose it was needed for. Will NEVER use this company again.

Poor customer service (damaged goods delivered)

Bought a £500 Bosch shredder from them end of last year. My main issue is with customer service. Unfortunately the goods were delivered damaged and unusable. When I raised this, the customer service fell below expectations. There was no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience to me and no meaningful attempt to address the issue. Just a few emails to say they would look into it and get back to me. I strongly suspect they use an off site/out of country third party customer service to manage workload. Eventually I had to raise it through PayPal. This seemed to force the communication with someone in the know directly at the company but again I was told their records showed the goods were received in good order so that was that. I've had to escalate through PayPal. Never had to do this before, so uncertain of outcome - at the end of the day it is their responsibility to get the goods to me safely and they should have taken up dispute with their courier, not me. Very disappointing. Will be sure not to buy from them again. After the event I see quite a few other similar experiences.

Stay clear of here

Where is the option for 'No Stars'

Microwave finally received today, however upon opening the box it became apparent that this item is damaged. The right hand side of the casing has been bashed in and the screws for securing the casing to the carcass have been removed at some point as they haven't been put back in correctly. This leads me to believe that this item is refurbished faulty goods, care to explain the European plug as well?

Stay well clear of this deceitful company, they are not to be trusted whatsoever. ComWales are by a mile the worst company that I've ever dealt with, no customer relations or support and you have to keep sending email after email to get any sort of reply which is normally only a list of excuses anyway.

I'm contacting both my bank and trading standards to escalate this further, as how dare this company think they can treat their customers like this.

Avoid this company at all costs

Do not make the same mistake I did. Ordered a product on 7th Dec. Found it cheaper elsewhere and immediately called to cancel (minutes after placing the order). Actually spoke to a very polite gentleman who said 'not to worry' he would deal with it. Parcel was still shipped anyway a few days later. I called DHL to tell them not to deliver so they returned it ComWales. Since then, despite numerous messages on their online messages, I have not had my refund. I did get a message saying the refund was being processed but that was weeks ago - nothing has been done. As the other reviews have mentioned, it's impossible to get hold of them. The whole episode has been a major headache. Unprofessional bordering on fraudulent. I have now contacted my card issuer, HSBC to file a formal dispute.

This is by far the worse company I have…

This is by far the worse company I have ever dealt with!
I purchased a charger fir a kids car unfortunately it was the wrong one. I returned it and never heard another word and I still haven’t received a refund 9 months later. I have tried calling, emailing and contacting the website. Waste of my money and time!

SCAM COMPANY

I have never dealt with such a terrible company in all my life. I ordered a game which arrived in a foreign language. I have emailed and phoned and still not had any reply. The case is currently being investigated by PayPal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Failed to provide a refund for a dishwasher that was never delivered

To read the ComWales response to my concern 3 months after it was written typifies the incompetent management of this company. It is 4 months and I am still waiting for a refund for a product that was never delivered. Eventually the order was cancelled via email and by registered post and yet they still fail to recognize this. I will obtain my refund through the small claims court, but I am pleased that I am not having to rely on ComWales for any technical or shipment defect concerns as they have demonstrated a complete lack of integrity and business values

I ordered and paid for a Bosch dishwasher from ComWales, based on being advised that the product would be shipped in 5 to 15 days. Despite using their customer enquiry form I was never supplied with a delivery date. I eventually had to cancel the order. The order was placed in November, the order was cancelled in January. It is mid March and I have still not received a refund despite the product never being delivered. I am now pursuing the matter with my bank. Avoid this company.

Cancelling your order doesn't change the order

I ordered an item and wanted to cancel so the next day in the morning I emailed them about the cancellation. They replied back to me straight away and responded that it will be done. I received the item anyway, with no notification and returning policy isnt clear at all on their website. They have my money and now I have the annoyance of sending this item back to them which costs me more money. Very unprofessional.

This sounds like a business that is about to go or is already broke - simply cutting you off. Go elsewhere and if you have bought from them contact your credit card company etc to get a refund ... Customer service is non existent via phone or email. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. AWAITING MY BANK TO RECALL PAYMENT

Great Service…

Not sure about the negative reviews but I placed an order on 22.12.20 and was supposed to receive it next day but DHL had issues with delivery no fault of the sellers but still received it on the 24th. Excellent service and received exactly what was ordered.

Still waiting for our order to come…

Still waiting for our order to come which was placed on 17th November 2020 it is now 31st December 2020. Contacted by email 2 weeks after placing the order and we were told that they would resend, still not arrived contacted them again on 14.12.20 and 16.12.20 to which we received no replies, further enquiry made on 19.12.20 to find the mail box saying 'could not receive anymore messages'. This order was for a Christmas present for our grandson who is very disappointing and upset that it was not there on Christmas morning. ComWales please respond to us within the next few days with either an explanation as to where the goods are or a refund to our account before we take further action.

Excellent service and communication. My purchase arrived within a few days, and in plenty of time for Christmas. I had honestly thought that I would not receive it until January due to the pressure of deliveries in December!
