Where is my order
Ordered a Minecraft toy for my grandson. Said would be delivered 5-10 days. Still not here 17 days later. Website not user friendly. No reply to e-mails. Last message was that they had updated my order. Tried to log into my account but message said no account existed. Tried to register , message that no order existed against that email address.

25/5/01 - Message received on 21st that no tracking could be provided and no replacement item was available. A refund would be given. Not received as yet.

Awful company
Awful company. I bought a bread maker months ago but cancelled it after being able to collect it from another shop. They sent it to me anyway a few weeks later, I refused the delivery as advised and despite having tracking information to show it has been returned to them, it is 3 months later now and still no refund. Very dodgy company who just want to take your money.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You will never receive your order or your money again! I ordered a Bosch coffee machine on December 23rd 2020 and after waiting almost a month, then requested a refund in January 2021. It is now the end of March and I've still not received either the product or refund. The customer service is absolutely terrible, taking weeks to respond to an email, if actually responding at all, in fact some of my emails have been ignored completely. I actually think that the whole company may be a money making scam, they clearly have no intention of refunding my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS Only had goods for 28 before it faulted and was unusable. Returned item 13 weeks ago and still waiting for a refund to be processed. Have emailed numerous times and the customer service is shocking. Have now referred the issue to a professional service to resolve. UPDATE - issued two letters detailing refund required under customer rights act 2015 and still no response, totally ignored. Letter has now been issued to progress with court proceedings as refund has still not been issued.

Ordered a dishwasher, having called beforehand to check it was in stock. I was quoted 15 days delivery. I ordered , but received nothing for 21 days. Customer service number never answered, emails never replied to. Sent email to cancel order, suddenly got a reply to say it had been dispatched, replied to say no longer wanted.It finally arrived 2 weeks later, and refused delivery, as courier said only received for delivery 2 days previous. They argued that it took so long because it had to come from Germany! They are liars, and conmen. DON’T TRUST A WORD THEY SAY. That includes their CEO , who also lied to me. Got a refund via the credit card company.

They have been great to deal with, I have bombarded them with emails and always got a response off them. Will definitely be buying off them again.
Item arrived broken
Item arrived broken. Initial correspondence was great, with return arranged and broken kids bottle picked up. Once the broken item was returned I’ve been unable to get a response with a replacement having not been sent or refund made. Very disappointed especially as the postage was almost more expensive than the product, which was poorly packaged which probably led to the damage.

One to Avoid
Ordered an 'in stock' item which never materialised and I had to source elsewhere. Asked them to cancel order and refund me which they said they would. A month later they shipped the item and told me they had. When I contacted them they suggested I refuse delivery. I'm now down £20 - use them at your peril.

Placed an order for a Christmas gift in early December (didn't receive an order confirmation email, which is usually fairly standard for online orders, right?). Hadn't received the item in a reasonable time, so called to find order and took several attempts to get through. Eventually got through and was told my order was going out "tomorrow". Received the item the following week. The item was damaged, so I tried to call again, left messages and received no response, so sent multiple emails. Still no response, so raised a dispute through PayPal. ComWales finally replied on PayPal, claiming it wasn't their responsibility, as they "do not cover physical damage under our warranty" which is clearly contradictory to Consumer Rights laws. I then escalated to PayPal as ComWales clearly had no intention of ever backing down in support of good customer service.
Terrible company to deal with end-to-end: the worst example of customer service I've experienced in a long time!

Fraudsters
Beware! This company is an awful company to deal with and I believe are trading fraudulently. I ordered a dishwasher after first contacting them to enquire as to whether the item was in stock. They replied to say it was, so I ordered it on 15th December. On 17th December, the dishwasher was in the “picking and packing” stage.
It has still not been delivered. After several emails, I was told that a “replacement” would be sent. I’m not sure if this was a replacement for the non-existent dishwasher, or the other one somehow got “lost in the post”.
I have now requested a refund numerous times but am still waiting for my money back.
My case is now being investigated by Trading Standards.
Update: My order status was updated to "Refunded" on 11/02/21 - but it's now 21st Feb and no money has been refunded to my account. More lies and fraudulent activity.

I wish I had read about this company before I made a purchase . Ordered and paid for Microwave on 5th December . On the 17th still not hearing anything I rang and was told the microwave should be with me on 22nd, great still in time as this was for my daughters Christmas gift. But the item never arrived. It arrived 08/01/2021, low and behold it’s faulty it looks like it’s been dropped cos there was a dent and fault on one corner . I rang 11 times got no answer it keeps saying leave a message and the next message says the voicemail box is full . I’ve written 10 emails and still have no answers . On the 8th January, delivery day, I asked about replacement they told me to send photos which I did . I know they no longer have this model , so I’ve asked if they would refund me a discount instead of returning it . I had an email 25/01/2021asking for me to send photos which I did send again., still haven’t heard anything from them . I know everything is difficult at the moment , but this is disgusting customer service.STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS.

Dreadful company do not do business with them. Item ordered on 16th December for delivery before Xmas. Still not received promises made and not kept. Money not refunded and emails ignored. Have reported them to Trading Stds and credit card company. I will take them to the Small Claims Court to get my money. They are con men.

This company cannot be trusted. If you try to call them you are directed to a mailbox that that is full. I have still not received my goods ordered in November. After several attempts emails I finally had a reply on 22 December but still have not received my goods or a refund.
