Exceeding expectations
Ordered a new fridge through them, I was given an estimated date for the first week of November and it arrived Monday at the local depot and a delivery was promptly arranged. The team was easy to reach, and responded within a day to any email. Great service and very happy with my fridge. Don't let the other reviews put you off.

Ordered a toy
Ordered a toy. Told me was in stock when wasn't.. Emailed them to ask where it is. They said as it's day 9 and was meant to be there by day 7 working day wise they would enquire to see where it is.
5 days later nothing so I messaged them and again nothing. Ignoring everything I send them. Joke of a company and obviously lie about things in stock just to take your money and leave you in the lurch for days, weeks even now! I don't imagine I'll hear back from them and if I do it'll be yet another FOB off. Trading standards will soon shut them down as they seem to be already under review. Sooner the better.

Misled about delivery charge
After carefully checking/comparing prices for this item, I opted to purchase from comwales because it was cheaper than all other websites. A hidden charge of £4.19 for delivery Was included despite that delivery charge not being included when I pressed to confirm my Apple Pay. Very disappointed and will not be using this company again.

Takes your money and does not deliver
I have had a similar frustrating experience with Comwales.
I paid for a integrated coffee machine on Sept 17th, which was due for delivery by Oct 1st. When it did not arrive I tried calling and every time the call went through to a full mailbox - never answered
The process for logging in to your account or to send an email is cumbersome and the response is very slow
The order status advised that it would be delivered by Oct 18th and that has now been delayed until Oct 22nd
Unlike other companies no effort is made to update changes of delivery and Comwales feels totally unresponsive.
I will keep reporting until I receive my item

Terrible Service
Placed an order 9th August 2021. Not arrived and unable to get through on phone as message say mailbox full and cuts you off. I have called at start of day and varying times through the day always the same. I will keep trying to get product or money back.

This company is rubbish, they may be ok when things go right but when they go wrong they don't want to know and ignore your emails, I bought a Delonghi rotofry 16/06 it was faulty, still waiting for an answer to my several emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Item arrived damaged!
Ordered Action Figure from them. Figure arrived in an envelope so surprise surprise there was not only damage to the packaging the figure was off the card. Raised a support ticket to discuss. Was told that based on shipping prices they won’t use boxes at that price. They asked for images of the damage. Sent them and haven’t heard from them since. Just a terrible terrible way to do business. More interested in getting evidence so they can make a claim against the supplier of the figure to them than helping out their customer. Avoid

All good, got what I wanted at a price I was happy with. To be honest if I had checked reviews first I wouldn’t have ordered! Out of curiosity I just checked Amazon and PayPal’s reviews as I use them both regularly and they have far lower stars than this company! So not sure how helpful reviews are,,, thought I would leave one for all!
Not impressed
Won't recommend using this company. Order took 3 weeks to arrive. Product worked from Dec 22 2020 until Jan 20. Try telephone contact calls going to full message box. Tried emailing this took weeks before any response. Returned item after 3 months to be tested, refund refused and tested item returned to discover same fault. More backwards and forwards with company as they simply did not want to refund me. £100+ not the kind of money you spend for a faulty item. I persevered I paid to return item. Nearly 6 months later, I have been sent a replacement. Customer service not good I didn't even get a email to inform me of their decision to replace. The item just turned up. I have been so stressed over this purchased. It was supposed to be a special birthday present. Nothing special about this company.

Not worth the effort. Took a whole week to cancel my order only because I raised it with PayPal. They’re useless. Do not pay with anything but PayPal of a credit card so you can inevitably dispute you order not turning up.
