Avoid - crooks
Ordered an integrated Microwave on 13/12/2021 which they said was in stock and would be delivered between 17-22/12/2021. As soon as they got my payment the delivery stared to move back to January. Sent email asking for explanation - no response. By 20/12/2021 delivery gone back to 11/01/2022 so sent email to cancel order, got an autoreply saying "Will inform if your cancellation is approved or not" - sent email pointing out the Consumer Contracts Regulations and said they should refund money. No response. Finally got a reply 3 weeks later on 11/01/2022 saying goods now in country and with carrier would be with my any day - replied - cancelled please refund - no reply. The goods were not in the country, nor they with me any day - that was a lie. The details then updated to saying delivery in May 2022. Have been in touch with my card provider to get the money called back, who have now recredited my account with the money I paid this bunch of cowboys. Please do not use this company they are bare faced liars.

Non delivery
They say they shipped my wife's order on the 29.11.21. I paid for the order. The order has still not arrived. My wife signed a statement to confirm the non-arrival which has been posted to them. They have yet to reply or issue a replacement or a refund. We are beginning to doubt this company and at the moment would advise all to steer clear of it.

A MONTH LATER STILL NO REFUND…
Item ordered for a Christmas present for my 6 year old Son, I was notified the item was on back order from Germany and they had no idea when it would be in stock and certainly not in time for Christmas, despite it being ‘available’ to order!
They offered to refund, as I had already paid them by bank transfer. On the 17th Dec they confirmed they would refund and asked for confirmation of my bank details to process the refund. I immediately furnished them with these details and despite 10’s of communications from me using all manner of platforms, all my messages from that date, remain unopened or answered! A month later, I am still waiting for contact and my refund!

I've come to realise that this company is a complete scam, when you look them up on the government website you'll find they are registered as a different company, but anyway my experience with them has been awful, I didn't receive the order at all now it's been 2 months , was supposed to be a Christmas present for my 3 year old daughter, they only answered one of my 100 emails, but not helpful at all, I can see from their replies to other complaints here that they don't care about customer service. So all in all, PLEASE AVOID this company, I wish I had paid more and ordered somewhere else reliable than be in this situation.

Zero customer service.
Ordered a birthday present for my nephew, order confirmation arrived promptly and stated delivery due between 13-16th Dec. When it didn't arrive I tried calling, there was no answer and the mailbox was full so i was not able to leave a message. I emailed but had no response. I emailed a second time, but have still not had any response to any of my emails. The gift eventually arrived in a dented box, it didn't look new. I returned it as I had already had to purchase a substitute gift for my nephew as his birthdayhad come and gone. I won't be using them again, customer service is clearly not a priority.

Christmas present delivered in time!
ordered a lego set as a present for Christmas. Comwales had the only set available. Every other shop had it sold out online or in store. I was apprehensive to buy it from Comwales after reading some of the reviews but my son asked Santa to bring that particular set and nothing else. The delivery took as long as it was specified in the confirmation email. Tracking of the item was easy and reassuring. I saw it was coming from Germany. At the same time I heard that there were problems with deliveries in general because of new covid rules. So I was worried that it would not arrive before Christmas. But against all odds, the set was delivered by FedEx this morning at 8am. I received a few messages and emails from FedEx prior to delivery a day before. I am so pleased I bought it from Comwales. Santa's magic is saved for my son this Christmas!

Update on my bag,
Still not recieved bag or any information, but I did find that my bag was not coming from the distribution center in Wales...It was actually coming from Spain!.
I have contacted Trading standards and have also got other people looking into the company.
No where on their site does it say that they distribute internationally!
I am fed up with trying to contact and get a response from the most ignorant people to have ever taken money from me.
So if you are thinking of ordering anything from Conwales I would advise to stay far far away from these people, unless you feel the need to be out of pocket with no goods and blood pressure sky high with trying to contact these cowboys.
Please read all other reviews also look them up on Facebook, twitter, instagram, trustpilot, rateus.com their reviews are horrendous and their replies are actually quiet comical as it is never their fault, customers are being sued for defamation, but they think theft and fraud is 👍 👌.
