Absolute joke of a company !!!!!

Ordered a microwave on 17/06 - 30/06 still not received, you cannot contact these people.
Phone number continually goes to answerphone, e mails bounce back, Facebook message is non responsive and cannot comment on a post.

I've now reluctantly cancelled my order, lets see how long it take to get my money back,

DO NOT ORDER from here, pay more and get your product.

Ordered 27th May still not received product that was due 5-10 days later,asked for refund which they said they would still waiting for a reply reporting them to trading standards as they are absolute cowboys. DO NOT EVER BUY OFF THIS SHODDY ESTABLISHMENT

Avoid this company at all costs

Ordered 13/05/22 never received despatch email, nothing arrived within time period, raised ticket with support, they said tracking would be updated to order, no tracking, still no despatch. Waste of time. Asking for refund, don't expect I'll get that either.

I am very disappointed with this…

I am very disappointed with this company, I ordered an item on the 5th May 2022. Received an email on the 12th advising me that my order would be delivered within 5 to 10 day. As of today (10th June) I have not received it. I would not use this company again even if the items were free.

I ordered a tool box and I stated clearly on the Order no it would be delleivered on or before 8th. Guess what no it was not... I have spent 2 hours driving trying to speak to someone and they are constantly busy!! Either there are as bad as I believe and they get this many calls or what I suspect they simply take your monies then ignore you...

I have now sent 100 emails and tickets complaining and yet again no reply whatsoever...

They are worst company by far I have ever Delt with... I can not advise people strongly enough to never ever deal with this company under any circumstances what so ever.. they should not be allowed to trade.

Goods not received

Goods not received. Goods shown as in stock and given expected delivery date. Each time I check the expected delivery date it’s moved back by 2 weeks.
No response to messages so have had to use bank chargeback to try to get a refund

My worst ever internet purchase in 20 years

My worst ever internet purchase in 20 years of online buying!

Do not buy from this company unless you wish to spend week after week communicating with them (without success) to have them actually provide the goods you have paid for.

They do not have items in stock, make excuse after excuse, and cannot be trusted to be honest or ethical in dealing with customers.

Despite their delivery period being (a very long) 14 days even 4 weeks after the latest delivery date nothing had even been dispatched and I had to get my payment back through a Credit Card chargeback.

Details below of the communications – be warned!

3 March 2022 – Item shown as “10 In Stock” – Purchase made with delivery due 10 March to 17 March
14 March – No dispatch confirmation - contacted Comwales asked for update
14 March – Comwales reply advising will now be dispatched week commencing 21 March and tracking number will be provided
5 April – No delivery and no tracking number- contacted Comwales asked for tracking number
5 April – Comwales reply advising a replacement will be sent and tracking number provided
7 April – No dispatch confirmation and no tracking number - contacted Comwales asked for tracking number
7 April – Comwales reply advising purchase will now be sent week commencing 11 April and tracking number provided
13 April – No dispatch confirmation and no tracking number - contacted Comwales but no reply ever received
17 April – Now one month after the latest delivery date and still no dispatch confirmation or tracking number – Chargeback process started through my credit card company to get my payment back

RESPONSE TO COMWALES' REPLY
Yet more untruths
I did not cancel my order but confirmed on 13 April that you had still not dispatched the item I had paid for, or provided a refund, so I would "instruct my Credit Card company to institute a chargeback to recover the payment I have made."

Comwales takes payments for products they do not have and do not deliver. They offer excuse after excuse, week after week, and cannot be trusted to be honest or ethical.

We are sorry to hear you have had an issue and had to wait with your regard to your order. Looking at the details there was a delay in Bosch fulfilling the stock they had listed. We take all reports of non delivery seriously and send all items via insured trackable local or international services. I can see that you cancelled the order and the item was stopped and held in the UK warehouse so you were automatically refunded on 20/04/2022 at 12:18 pm.

Disappointed but pleased with customer services.

Ordered a deep fat fryer and waited the 10 working days to discover delivery was moving backwards by another couple of weeks. Very very disappointed so cancelled the order.
Giving them great credit to them, they repaid my credit card within a week.
So, disappointed on delivery but excellent on customer service after cancellation.

Hand mixer

After reading many bad reviews, I still chose to purchase the hand mixer as it was the exact item I wanted at the best price. My order arrived without a hitch in the timescale I was given and is what I was looking for. I am very pleased and would definitely order from here again.

Do not buy from this company Ordered photo paper on 12th Feb with delivery date 17th/24th Feb, I contacted them 28th to enquire where my order was, received email from them saying order was cancelled out of stock.

Avoid! Selling under false pretences.

When I purchased this, the website said there were 5 in stock. When the item did not arrive, and I chased it, they claimed it had not arrived at their Hamburg warehouse. They clearly did not have this item and sold it under false pretences. Now, I will have to reschedule a kitchen installation because of this lie.
Do not use this company under any circumstances.
I will be seeking a refund, and I expect this will be as difficult as everything else with them.

Fake Company

Fake Company , I did order coffee machine in December 2021 and nothing received so far . No answers to any calls. No answer to emails. Before you place your order be sure someone will answer your call before you wast your money and keep chasing ghosts. I filed refund via my bank and do. Or want others to suffer like us. The ordered was not cancelled due to payment issue with my bank. You already collected the money in December from my bank account,. I ordered my bank to claim refund after no one replied to our email and the order was not delivered until February 2022. 3 months later than the expected delivery. I have evidence and emails confirming all what I mentioned and happy yo publics to your customers here if you want. Finally my bank successfully got m money back.
