Ordered and paid for a coffee machine on the 10th November which I have not received. I keep requesting a refund but correspondence is very intermittent. Recently told that I would get a refund when the delivery has been stopped but I do not have any proof that the item has been sent. No delivery date or proof of postage. Looking into how to get my money back.

My imaginary kettle was delivered immediately but after 4 weeks I could not imagine it accurately enough to find it to return to this scam / make believe company. No doubt the company will imagine this as a 5 star positive review. They did reply after about 4 days when I sent my first email but their imaginary follow up failures to conjure up any further postal update or response.

Promise of 5-10 working day is a joke. After 10 days I asked to cancel my order, a week later they rejected the cancellation. after 4 weeks the order was sent to the wrong address but no one to talk to. I lost £20, but this company is a scam and should be closed, as from other reviews, that is their business model... stay away from them,

I spent a fair bit of money on an order that ComWales lost in transit! they are refusing to acknowledge my emails and calls in order to release a refund, really shocking customer service as not only did they lose the item, they had no record of tracking or what the item was and didn't even know it was lost until I enquired after weeks of no item being delivered. I have been offered a really poor excuse as to how the item was lost and now am battling with them to get my money back ....

I ordered a lego set for my son for Christmas on 14th November with estimated delivery date of 22nd to 29th November. I got a bit anxious when I read all the reviews on here saying it's a scam when I checked to chase up on 30th November. I filled in the online contact form on the website and they updated me the same day, and it did actually then arrive on 2nd December. I can see from the reviews that others have experienced much longer delays, but I just wanted to post to reassure anyone like me who panicked reading the reviews, that it is a genuine company but there does seem to be some logistical problems with getting items delivered on time. There was a footnote on their reply e-mail updating me about delivery to say that there drivers are delivering aid items to Ukraine on the way to their warehouse in Europe and that this is causing delays, so I definitely don't mind the short delay I had for this reason, although I can see on the reviews others have had much longer delays.

Ordered an expensive appliance almost a month ago and still do not have a delivery date or refund (requested twice now). Wish I read the reviews beforehand! Beware!

Ordered on 8th October, still no item, chased several times, asked for a refund three times, occasionally get a reply, 5 days later, still no refund. This was a lot of money and I wish I had read the reviews first. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Looking into how I can get my money back...

I placed an order on this Company 0n the 18 Oct 2022. Delivery of my order is still awaited despite three chase ups. Their initial response was that they would look into it. I've heard nothing since. I have also asked if they intend to default on my order if so send a refund. The Company's customer support is appalling. Avoid dealings with this Company

Absolutely appalling company. I ordered goods on 15/10/2022 and despite several requests for either the item or a refund I have heard nothing from them. I have now requested a chargeback from my credit card company. I should have read the awful reviews on the site before ordering. I also note that their response to positive reviews is always the same i.e. Many thanks for your feedback as currently we get less thanks 1% of genuine customers telling people how it really is good or bad plus people only tend to leave one if they have an issue.
In my opinion this company is a disgrace and a scam buyers beware, and I am a genuine complainent and a pensioner who cannot afford to lose money. Avoid at all costs

Ordered an item several weeks ago and despite many emails have had no reply from company.

I placed an order on 21st October, paid, and no news since.

I emailed multiple times to no avail.

I have placed an order on 20 July 2022 ( Order 2388322) and still waiting for delivery and there has been no communication received from the trader. Contacted Citizens Advice consumer service and reporting them to trading standards . Avoid this company at all cost. I wish i would have read the reviews before place an order with this company

After making an order and expecting it within 10 working days, I was disappointed at not receiving it. I contacted Comwales about this, who replied with an apology, and that they would send another out, and I would receive this within 5 days. The item did arrive as they said, and I am pleased with it.
I read the reviews for this company on here, once I did not receive the original order. I became worried that I would have a problem, and lost trust immediately, if I had read these reviews before I ordered I would not have placed it with them at all. Although there is a certain amount of protection via the source of which you pay by, this is not what you want to have the stress of doing so, but it’s good to know and bear in mind.
To be fair I’m glad I did use this company, as I got the product I wanted.
Although I did not receive the original order, the company did respond to my emails reasonably and settled the query by sending out another item, so in all it took around 20 days from when I first ordered to when I received it.
Overall I am happy with the company and their responses and the product. The postage was a bit more expensive than I would normally pay but they had what I wanted at a reasonable price .
I would use them again.

A complete shambles. Ordered a toy that my 3 year old son chose for his birthday, he was so excited….asked me every day for weeks when it was arriving. By the time it got here he had forgotten all about it! Do yourselves a favour and pay the extra couple of pounds and buy from Amazon. They take your money, advise that your goods will be with you within 5 days then just go quiet. I had to complain and chase every couple of days for weeks before they advised that the goods had been dispatched…..then they didn’t arrive, so I had to send more emails! Eventually received about 6 weeks after my order. I don’t know whether I would have ever received the goods if I had not been so persistent! STAY WELL CLEAR!

it's a fraud.
They will never send the goods or return the money you have paid them.
I don't understand where the police looking for!

I ordered an interconnection plate for my washer and dryer as this is the only site in UK said they have stock. Bad that I did not do a research, no delivery , no update after 2 weeks which they mentioned delivery should be in 10 working days. I wrote 3 emails to them, no one reply. It is not big amount of money but a terrible experience I had overall comparing to other company. Worst company ever, stay away!

Avoid. This company is delusional and imo trying to keep your money without sending anything if they can get away with it. It took them 2 months to deliver items stating 5 working days delivery and an email asking where's my stuff. Yes it was cheaper and a good thing I didn't need them straight away but in reality I could have ordered them for 10% more from a reputable company and gotten them within 2 days. They pretended my items were sent and lost in transit but when they actually decided to send them for real, their system generated a note sent via email to advise, and this was never sent the first time meaning they never sent them until I inquired what's going on. Complete shambles.
